Excellent design. Slight problem with snaps on one flap side. Perhaps not lined up to meet each part of snap. Seller sent me another bag immediately. Happy Puppy on airplane. Happy me breezing through airport at each stop point. Easy to carry with other luggage on "plane to train", easy to carry on train with luggage, easy to carry on subway! Perfect for a small calm puppy/dog. Be careful not to be knocked about because it is soft so no protection for your puppy.

This bag looks okay, but it does serve the purpose it's intended for! There's absolutely nothing that makes this a comfortable place for your dog. The inside has zero padding. It's difficult to get your dog in because the opening in the top is stiff. The flaps that allow you to open the sides are stiff and really difficult to pin up. I tried this bag twice with my puppy, then decided to stop torturing him. Opt for a less fashionable comfy bag for your pet!!!

It's pretty..but kinda squeezes my cat he doesn't look to comfortable in it and I hate theirs no pocket on the outside.

Used bag for 11 day 1st trup with my puppy. Loved the look of the bag, more of a handbag vs. dog carrier. Received many compliments. Size was great for small dog. I only wish it had some outside pockets.

Love it still can't believe how much I paid for this bag! Think I paid 10 or $15! Looks just like a purse people don't even know I have my fur baby w me. Southwest airlines never questioned my doggie in this bag. Fit nicely under my seat. Did take a little while for it to come in from the company.

Not as big as advertised then would not let me return it, would not give me all my money back

This bag is really pretty, sturdy, and stylish. It really does look like a purse and it does not look as big as it does on the model in the picture. My 3.4lb yorkie fits perfectly in it. It does come with a mat inside that has a zippered cover which attaches with Velcro to the bottom of the bag. It's not plush or cushiony (probably because my dog is so light) but it does add support. My bag is not floppy and does not collapse onto my dog which is nice. If you have a larger/taller dog, I would recommend taking the cushion out of it to make more space. Additionally, as the other reviewer mentioned, the bag does get hot but it's actually a benefit for me because my dog is always cold so she feels snug and warm in the bag. I put a little blanket underneath her anyway to make it more comfy and she loves it. I did not get this bag on Amazon, I got it for super cheap on the auction website, so overall I'm happy with my purchase as I know for sure I will not get kicked out of places with my dog in tow. This bag really looks like a cute, larger purse.

Possibly one of the best bags out there that hides your pet well in the bag and lets you bring your fur baby with you to places that may not allow it (as long as you have one that's quiet and doesn't bark at everything). If your dog is a light color, it will be easier for anyone to see through the screen. Good quality and since I bought it on sale, it was a good deal.
