So I really really wanted this phone to work for me as it looks great and feels like a force to be reckoned with, many of it's quirks I put down to it's ruggedness, e.g. the screen is not as responsive as most phones, but then that responsiveness is exactly the same on a wet screen which is not the case if you've tried to use a standard smart phone in the wet. The UI is a little on the clunky side, but I can live with all that sort of thing no problems. Now the reason I bought this phone other than the ruggedness was for the battery life, I assumed that a large battery would mean longer time between charges. A friend of mine has a blackview and charges it maybe once every 3 days and uses is more than I use my oneplus which needs charging daily. So this phone in normal use lasts less than 12 hours, basically after a day at work, with the phone mostly in standby and was down to 20% by 6pm after a full charge at 7:30am, whereas my oneplus will still be at 60% for the same use. This was a big deal breaker so unfortunately the phone is going back.There are other issues which added to the decision, for example the volume buttons randomly stop working requiring a reboot, this happened 3 times on the first day. The only other slight annoyance is that the GPS system that it uses required re-calibrating every time I used google maps.All in all this is a real shame, it occurs to me that they sacrificed processing power for battery life on this phone as the only blackview with similar specs was the 9500, but that's just too large even for me.

Bought as a present for my son. He tells me it is really robust, great features and camera. He love it!

This phone is supposed to be water resistant, yet I had a problem I did not have on my old phone- the microphone is terrible after taking the phone into the shower.I had to dismantle the phone and leave it on the radiator to get it working again, which is very inconvenientThe phone works great otherwise but I'm very disappointed that it didn't quite work for what the description explicitly said it would do.

Bought 2 of these to replace CAT S60s for us out on site, fairly rugged however the screen's a little more susceptible to damage than the cat phones were for us, admittedly its my own fault for dropping mine but my cat phone certainly stood up to worse. But the price compared to the new s61 meant we thought these would be worth a try. Most annoying thing by far is that these use a non-standard USB type c connector, you get one cable in the box that fits and an adapter for a normal type c plug but if you don't have one of these with you then you're out of luck for charging. There's no mention of this in any of the specs and it seems difficult to get hold of any cables that fit. This would have been a deal breaker if I had known about it in advance. The 2 star rating is for this reason, otherwise its a pretty decent mid range android device

Constant problems with the signal, both the network(4g) and the Internet. Battery life is less than stated in the description.
