Q: Would this work on wigs? Like a short male one

I bought this ink for dyeing a wig and it worked! You have to spray it on a few different layers to see the color difference, but it worked great for me as a quick and cheap way to dye the wig.

Q: Is this ink water based?

here's to what i can answer dont buy this one if you plan on using watercolor or copics it smeared ... -.-

Q: Does this ink contain shellac?

I do not believe it does. It flows too smoothly and it doesn't say anything about shellac on the label. It does look real good when you use it, and so far it seems quite permanent. You may want to contact the manufacturer if it is of impotance to know.
