Industrial grade product, for home use
This product we had been using regularly in Industries as gasket sealant hence the quality and performance is known. Hence this time bought it for personal (home) use.

Product is effective but too prices
This works very well, but price is so huge it could be 2 times lesser cost than what is sold for. I would've bought 10 or 20 tubes in place of 2 if cost was less because my usage is high.

Very good as a sealant. Completely inert to the effect of heat, Sun light and water.
The best option for sealing gaps between different type of surfaces (Wood, metal, masonry, glass). Specially where it is exposed to the outside elements, like heat and sunlight. Great adhesion.Foam based sealant are good , but this beats them in cost and hence value for money.Do not keep keep open tubes for longer periods and do not use expired ones. Try to use the whole tube in one shot. Quality of adhesion deteriorates once opened and with time.
