Simple enough to install if you've put on old style processor fans.
I'm using this on an Asrock B550M Pro4 with an AMD 3900XT processor. The fan mounted onto the existing motherboard mount and the only accommodation I really needed to do was remove the video card temporarily to make space. I just hooked one of the clips over one side of the mount and pressed the opposite clip down with a screwdriver and engaged the hook on the other side. This clears my RAM without any problems and it seems to be keeping my processor reasonably cool (around 33 - 54°C). This was meant as an interim solution until I could get a water cooler appropriate for my case but I may wind up using it over the longer term as it's quiet and is cooling my machine adequately.I stress tested the processor with Ryzen Master, and it seemed to comfortably stay under 86°C even though this fan isn't rated for this processor wattage.

Quiet and cool, but a total pain in the ass to install.
Ok, here's the deal. I'm running an AM3 FX-8300 for a while now. Old cooler started running at 100% and was running on average at 60°C w/ no load. EEK! (Thermal paste issue most likely). So anyhow, got this.Absolute nightmare to install on AM3.Does NOT come with thermal paste as claimed. So, I got out my trusty toothpaste (minty!) and LTT'd this thing on to my poor, unsuspecting motherboard. And it's absolutely awesome at cooling, and quiet too boot (and for gaming even!). Right now, running 8 tabs, w/ youtube a running, pushing 18°C. Gaming, I'm avg around 28°C.Cool-n-Quiet is enabled in bios, but this cooler w/ toothpaste blows the pants off my old cooler w/ thermal paste.

Got it cheap
No, it's not the best cpu cooler in the world but I got it for so cheap I can't complain.

Good enough.
The cpu block is just the aluminum that the heat fins are made from, but shaved down, poorly. You're going to want to add a bit more thermal paste due to the extreme banding on the cut. There is no copper herr, but it's good enough for the Intel E5700 that it went on. It's cooling the chip good enough for the light database hosting it's doing, but I would want better cooling for anything else. It looks nice, fitment was spot on, it's no louder than you'd expect. Over all I would probably get something else next time, but this is doing the job for now.

Review of Pccooler E126M B Low-Profile CPU Cooler Moonlight Series
The unit arrived via Prime 2-day delivery in an outer Amazon delivery box. Upon opening and initial product inspection, this unit's box clearly appeared that someone had already been into it. The unit had obviously been handled by a prior customer; the heatsink/cpu contact area was black with multiple fingerprints, which is enough to frustrate any customer especially when the contact area should be clean on a new product that's being installed for the first time. I took a breath and put the unit aside for cleaning/testing.Due to work and other concerns, by the time I came back to this unit, to clean/install and test only to find the fan didn't light or power up, the Prime return period had expired. Sometimes 30 days isn't enough time to test all products, but that's my issue; the fact that Pccooler sold a used unit as new, is not cool. As always, Amazon shipping was great.Updated, March 16, 2020March 16, 2020 We're pleased to update the prior review of the unit to five stars; Pccooler promptly interacted with us and offered to replace the less than optimal unit with a new one at no charge. When the fan/heatsink arrived, the fan was tested immediately and it operated as anyone should expect a cooler fan to work. When we're able to install the unit in at least two builds, we'll post the assessment. As for Pccooler's assistance, they contacted us following the review, without our contact, and then continually interacted at every step, when some merchants don't return a customer email, so we will definitely consider purchasing from them again!

CPU contact point poorly designed.
There are better coolers for the money. Bought this to stick to a blue led ring aesthetic for my build.. When installing it it was too low and hit the ram so it did not fit so it may not work for all applications. The biggest thing I noticed was how cheap it felt and looked. The contact point on the cooler for the cpu was NOT SMOOTH! It was machined aluminum and had small grooves in it. Poor design and can cause cooling issues. That needs to be as flat as possible to provide good heat transfer.Don’t buy.

This cooler is quiet, and east to install and seems to be very good quality.
I have installed this on multiple computer builds (I build computers for people as a profession) and if they dont use liquid cooling I use these, for price, and the how good they have worked. I have built 4 with these since I have found out about them, and I have zero complaints! It does not come with thermal paste on them, which is ok!

Looks Nice and Works Great
Really like how it turned out, my only issue was when using the mounting system was a struggle since it kept sliding not being flat with the surface so I put some elbow grease on it and get it to latch. Besides that it works better then my stock cooler, quieter and has a nice bright blue light that makes it look all fancy now.
