The frother worked well for a while, but the fact that you have to unscrew the battery compartment was inconvenient from the outset and proved to be the little frother's eventual demise. One day while using the frother, I was unable to turn it off. The button just stopped working. I tried to find my little screw driver and when I finally did, I was unable to unscrew the cover with the frother was still working. It was actually a great candid camera moment, as I was in the process of frothing golden milk. Needless to say, turmeric splatters everywhere! I finally just put the frother on the floor to let it spin itself out, which my cat thoroughly enjoyed. Once it stopped sputtering I put it on my dining room table to deal with later. At about midnight, while I was dozing off on the couch, I was startled by a small explosion. It turns out the little frother packs quite a punch, parts scattered about and I think my dog had a minor stroke. After it cooled down, I could see, without unscrewing the compartment, that the batteries had exploded. Watch out! Throw away the batteries that come with this frother!!

I was surprised at how well this little gadget works! Poor milk in cup, press button and spin for a few seconds and I had froth that was almost like whip cream. Just as good as the kind in coffee shops! I don't like how the batteries load though. You have to unscrew it with a screw driver and the screws are very small. I did not like that part about it but its still very much worth the reasonable price for it. It arrived a head of expected time too.

When it worked it was good, but stopped working in 70 days. By the way, similar products worth only 2-3 dollars in China.

Bought this little tool for my boyfriends who loves little kitchen gadgets. He has been using it almost a year and it is still working fine. He loves this thing! Froths great and makes good cappuccino!

This is a very powerful frother for a relatively low price. The metal part is thicker than the flimsy IKEA one I used to have. I cannot comment on the item's longevity since I got it as a gift to my dad and have only tested it on day 1 of receiving it. But so far I have not heard about it breaking after 2 months of daily use.

Good and strong enough for shake mixer.

Can not open the battery, look used..Waste money
