I've only had my nipples pierced for about 7 or 8 months. I'd been wearing nipple bars that were very irritating for the past few months and eventually both my nipples got very infected. Truly infected, not just irritated- they were both oozing an abundance of green pus, the poor girls. So painful, sensitive, and aching. Turns out the bars I was wearing were made of stainless steel. It took me this long to make the switch due to not having extra cash to invest in something better, and I wasnt about to let the piercings close because I've wanted them done for many years. I ordered these titanium bars. Once they arrived, I was a bit nervous about how short they seemed for the size of my "girls," as I was worried they'd fit too snugly and be irritating. But alas, the length hasn't been an issue whatsoever! I took out the old bars, thoroughly cleaned my piercings with good ol' NeilMed Piercing Aftercare spray, patted dry, and put in these bars. Within 24 hours the pus had already vanished and the pain was almost gone. I really couldn't believe it! They've been very comfortable, don't get caught on my clothes, and completely saved my cute piercings. Will absolutely buy these again in the gold color! Everyone says jewelry material matters, and as cliche as it may be, it's absolutely true.

always use titanium for piercings. It’s the best metal for helping them heal the way they should. I’ve had this. I’m writing this review in 2024. I’ve had this bitch for a long time. It is perfect. It doesn’t bend it doesn’t break it. It does not fade. It’s awesome. I would highly recommend if you need a new industrial piercing or to just go to a piercing shop because it’s way better and probably more sustainable, but it was awesome.

I’ve had nipple piercings for years and they’ve always had crusties and gotten infected really easily. I could never use surgical steel because i would have reactions to it and i thought the titanium jewelry i was using was the best i could get. I bought these after reading the reviews, my nipples haven’t been irritated at all and are really starting to heal and i’ve only had them in a few days. This is the first time i haven’t had dead skin and crusties on my nipples/jewelry. they feel a lot better too! If you’re having irritations with other jewelry and material, please get these!! The only reason i’m giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is because when i first cleaned the jewelry to put them in, i noticed some little black flakes. I was able to clean them and haven’t had any issues, but it was a little weird, and the jewelry looks just fine so i’m not sure where they came from.
