Problem dealt with very quickly
Update - one bulb did fail, but the others are bright and working well. After contacting DiCuno they immediately apologised and offered a refund. The remaining bulbs are truly excellent, very bright and working well. There are always things that will go wrong, but companies should be judged on how they respond, and in this case, I think DiCuno responded very well.Original message:-Fitted these in my Parents house yesterday, today their fuse blue on the lighting circuit, after investigation I found one of the new bulbs burnt out. I threw the box away and need the other 5 bulbs so the room is not totally dark, but a one out of 6 fail in less than 24 hours is not encouraging. Hopefully the other 5 last longer.

BRIGHT!
We have normall had the warm light in our front room and have both the halogen and LED bulbs. However the warm light LED were never bright enough and the halogens did not last. So we decided to go for the daylight/ white light option and couldnt be happier. I have included the photo of the bulbs in action as well as one showing you the brightness levels when the camera is not pointed at the bulbs. The brightness of these bulbs certainly helps fight the winter blues from the short daylight hours.

Visibly better quality LED bulbs which seem as bright as equivalent stated and quality packaging.
As someone who tried earlier led g9 bulbs and was often disappointed, these (so far) are are pleasing surprise. First they come in a nice black card box, as shown. I know a minor point but it starts the impression of better quality and keeps the spares together. Each bulb inside is boxed. Beware the box illustration though, it shows different fittings on each face so initially thought they’d sent screw fix ones in error! The bulb itself seems better quality than most I’ve tried in past. The clear plastic is a solid, very shiny clear plastic cut at angles rather than a cylinder and rather than the softer slightly translucent plastic so many cheaper ones seem to use. These are also brighter. Whilst others claims of 40-50W equivalent would in past be, well, fictitious, these do seem like that brightness. The cool white colour is also a nice change from the very yellow light many led bulbs (warm white) give, especially with a modern decor including grey shades. Can’t say re lifespan, but hopefully the impression of better quality/ materials and better accuracy re brightness will mean the predicted lifespan is also fairly accurate!

The Squares
It gives these dot glare from the squares at the end of the bulb if your light shade covers over the bulb and is a clear shade. If your shade doesn't cover over the bulb then it's fine. The picture is the light I'm using. The glare only shows on the walls not the ceiling. As you can see I can see it on my door, if my door was black like my walks I wouldn't notice it. These dots are not from these bulbs, these bulbs gives a 4 dot glare. All the G9 bulbs from many sellers with those little orange squares on them causes the dot glare. The only time there's no glare is when the bulb has a cloudy plastic coating, or it has no squares on it.Apart from that it's a decent bulb. It's not the bulbs fault it's my shade.

Excellent set of bulbs
I bought these to replace some that were going in our dining room. The light fitting holds six bulbs so this set was perfect. The bulbs feel quite weighty and solid in your hand. Once installed they give a nice soft, yellowy sort of light, but they are genuinely bright. We use the dining room as an office as well as dining room and we've often resorted to using lamps to see what we're working on better - there is no need to do that any more. If you're looking to make your room brighter, it's well worth going up 10W per bulb. It makes a massive difference!

really bright, sadly one doesn't work
These are easy to install and really bright, I ordered a pack of ten, only needed four for my light, sadly one bulb didn't work, but can't return as using some of them. Still have five in a pack that I haven't tried yet, couldn't find an easy way to contact the seller to inform them of the faulty bulb. If they were all working it would have been five stars.

Seems like a perfect replacement for a standard 28W halogen bulb
I've only just purchased these, so the jury is still out on Longevity, which is why I've knocked off a star. I just don't know yet. (The bulbs are LED, so they should last for years - but time will tell)However, as for brightness and colour temperature, these are the perfect replacement for a conventional 28W Halogen G9 bulb. Exactly the same brightness and not too-blue / not too orange. Just right, and these use a lot less electricity.I really hope they last.

Shop around, they do not last longer than a month
These were installed when the new light fittings were wired up on 10 January 2022 by the electrician and looked fine initially however, 2 of these bulbs are no longer working. They weren’t on for long. Expensive for faulty bulbs
