Janky
This came slightly bent so it would not sit straight on the wall. I spent 20+ minutes bending it back to sit right when hung. Also, the bottoms of the baskets are NOT grids, only one single wire from end to end, so you cannot store paperwork or notebooks in these-- they slide right out. They are not designed for papers!

Perfect Addition to my Command Ctr!
This rack was exactly what I needed to keep my children's school information in order. The rack is made of a strong durable metal and the design was simple, yet classy. The rack came with the required pieces for installation (screws etc..) and my husband hung it with in minutes. The front allows for you to insert a label, however, I opted to use photos instead. Thus far, I have used it to hold a normal sized manila envelope and plastic folders.I recommend the purchase.

Great way to make order out of chaos - elegant metal storage
I bought two of these wall file holders to hang near our entrance/kitchen to help sort and collect mail and magazines. These have been a game-changer. They are elegant, very sturdy, and have a small footprint (i.e., they don't disrupt the flow down the hallway because they only come out a few inches.) They even came with hardware to screw them into the wall. I am thrilled with how they look and keep us organized and only wish I had done something like this sooner!

Perfect Organizer!
This is a wonderful mail/document organizer. It's just the right size-holds piles of mail and large Manila envelopes/folders. Came with hardware and was easy to hang-took about 5 minutes by myself. It even came with placards for labeling each bin! One of the bins was slightly bent, likely happened enroute, but I was able to fix it by bending it back with my hand. I love this so much, I may just buy more for the kids' rooms and mud room. Worth every penny!

Just needs love.
- Yes, it came warped, but was easy to bend back in to shape.- Yes, you most-likely will get sent a used one with haphazardly slapped on “new product” stickers over the multiple old ones below it.- Yes, the black paint was entirely chipped/sanded off, but really, nothing a little unicorn spit and gloss finish spray couldn't fix. It's hardly 10 bucks extra.- No, you do NOT get hook adhesive strips, it's 2 screws and 2 stoppers. So, you will have to make holes in your wall.I'm perfectly happy with mine.Take these in to consideration before buying.

Great Organizer Overall
I use this organizer next to my kitchen and find it's a great way to sort out things like coupons, notes, bills, and magazines. The only issue I have with it, is that it would be nice for it to be about an inch wider. That would allow it to more easily hold upright files (or regular files turned sideways. I got these: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00ATZJ746/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_4 to use specifically with this organizer, and I really like them - but found that I still needed to trim down the file folders just a bit (about 1/4 inch). As it is, though, it holds magazines perfectly and it's a great place to stash the random papers, flyers, reminders that seem to constantly fill up the kitchen counter.

Nice. Good size.
K like this product for the most part. One thing is disappointing. The bottom of each shelf slot have wide bars instead of the wire square mesh its made from. So the corners for papers and mail slip and poke out the bottom. Which is not asthetically ideal. That being said, its well made and looks great. And i will probably buy another one eventually for my office area.

Great to organize mail
We get enough mail that untidy piles can quickly form. This doodad solved the problem. We hung it on the inside of the closet right by the front door. Whoever gets the mail that day separates it into the two baskets and we're good to go. Piles tamed. In all fairness, I have no idea how easy it was to install as my partner did it. I assume not difficult as it was done quickly and there was no cursing.
