The answers to the questions are given, of course, and in this case, the authors tell how to implant a sex chip in your brain.Other boxes hold information like, "Exercise: Detox Your Body, Energize Your Sexuality." The topic is explained - detoxing your body - why it is important (we face a toxic onslaught during our lives), and methods used to detox our bodies are listed.Sexuality is explained in detail and scientific support for things said, is given. Subjects from awakening sexual desire to resolving sexual problems are tackled. The authors use common sense along with scientific studies. It is written for men and women in all age categories. I see this as a good, solid fact-based book written about a subject that mystifies many, confounds some, but is of interest to most.A small volume, but the information held inside is priceless.

This is a very different sexual "how-to". There are no naked pictures, no explicit instructions involving whipped cream or plastic wrap. Instead there is a real-world, seven step protocol for increasing sexual functioning and well-being. insightful guide to human behavior
7 Keys to Lifelong Sexual Vitality is an insightful guide to human behavior when it comes to sexuality. It covers a broad range of subjects that anyone of any preference, age or gender can apply. This book is easy to navigate and understand the correlation between our choices and predispositions and how it can affect our sexuality in either a negative or positive way. There are some fascinating statistics and studies that were highly enlightening as well as entertaining. It was interesting to discover how much our life and choices outside the bedroom can adversely affect what happens inside the bedroom. Also quite interesting was the relationship between societies, religions and family upbringing affects our outlook and either healthy or unhealthy beliefs and attitudes towards intimacy. With decades of studies, interactions and observation in human behavior, wellness and nutrition, The Clements' have indeed gained enormous knowledge- this book is a wealth of information on living a healthy life full of vitality and passion.

This book deals with all aspects of sexuality. The approach mirrors that of Hippocrates Health Institute's approach to individual health by dealing with the mind, body and spirit. As expected, this book is amazing in its depth of information in regards to nutrition and physical health aspects of sexuality. It was the mental and spiritual aspects of sexuality that took this book to another level. This is one of the few books on the subject of sexuality that will help everyone and yet offend no one.
