The rubber cups do not stay on the prongs. How do we get replacement cups and is this covered by the 6-month warranty???

I have a 4mos old boxer. If i get the lg size one (which he'll grow into!) can i remove the links to shorten up a large collar to around a 14" collar?

My dog is 60 pounds, should I go for the medium or the large?

Is the 14in option the small size for up to 50lb pups or is the 16in the small size? Their chart is confusing
