While it was safe to assume that these brackets would be cast (instead of extruded or wrought) aluminum given the low price point, I was rather disappointed by inconsistent threading for the set screws. Of the package of 20 brackets, 10 had two properly tapped holes, 8 had holes tapped that had retained chips or burrs that requires chasing with a tap before the fastener could be threaded-in, and two were each missing threads altogether on one hole. While none of this warranted retiring the product for a refund, the needed rework was a waste of time and would have been even more problematic if I hadn't already owned metric taps.

A must-have for building corners with t-slot and v-slot. These are smooth, nicely coated, and don't (yet) bend. I was annoyed that the set screws weren't already installed, until I realized there are different orientations that require set screws installed in different directions. Play around and you can make inside, outside, even sliding connections.

Used on Tevo Nereus. Did not fit without modification.

One side of the L-Shape fit into my aluminum extrusion no problem, the other side has a different profile and will not fit. I tried hammering one of these brackets into the t-slot, and it snapped in half at the bend. Cheap sintered metal construction.Waited a whole month to receive order, really disappointed that they did not tell you the two sides have differing profiles and will not fit.

One hole in one of the brackets was not threaded! Fortunately, I have a set of taps so I fixed that. But that's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars.

This is terrible. When screwing it with the provided tool, it damages it so I cannot unscrew it now.

I ordered two sets of these, and I regret to say that they DO NOT fit 2020 rail as advertised.With a couple minutes of filing, this can be fixed, but if you are building something with several hundred of these, buy from somewhere else.

Worked well for my purpose. Liked that one side of the corner is made to actually slide down the extrusion bars if needed.

Very good quality! Perfect fit in my 2040 channels and hold super firm too. Can't beat this quality at this price point.
