Good product, does the job.
I ordered this after seeing a Facebook video of one of my friends randomly doing a workout on a yoga stool. I was so impressed I looked into the benefits and immediately started searching for the cheapest thing I could find. This is great. Easy to put together and all my kids take turns on it. I have been suffering from chronic lyme disease and didn't think I'd be able to wrap my hands around the legs to get myself up because of all the joint pain. Surprisingly it's very easy to hoist your legs up and a lot less effort than I thought to stay up. Since then I've had a lot of relief from tapee tea and now I can stay on this stool as long as I want. Could only do about 10 seconds at first now I can be up there a couple minutes and move my legs all around. Starting to get used to watching TV upside down.

Great way to start the day
Super stable, which makes this uncoordinated person able to do hand stands on a daily basis. I also love that it easily converts to a stool when not in use.

Still need to have some presure, event light pressure, on the sirsa!
Several of these reviews pertain to a folding bench. This bench definitely doesn't fold, so either Amazon or the company is confused. The bench that I purchased is the one in the picture. No suction cups on the feet. Screwed together with machine screws. Heavy duty. Does. Not. Fold. That's a plus in my opinion. My cervical spine is depending on it. (see that pun?)This is a good unit for people that are nervous about sirsasana, are training for it, or have a sensitive cervical spine. Some people object to the amount of weight that it puts on the shoulders. OK, it's not for everybody.Tadasana practice is key for safe sirsasana. Think about it.As a teacher I would like to stipulate that one still needs pressure on the sirsa (bregma) when using this device. Fold up a blanket or two so that when you are inverted there is soft pressure on your sirsa. Maybe just enough so that you are able to increase the pressure slightly by cervical extension (Tadasana upside down!). This has a noticeable effect on the nervous system that is quite different than the skull simply hanging in space. Try it, if you are skeptical.Remember that when you are in sirsasana you are balancing the entire planet on your head. This is not trivial.

Great help for core work
It takes a minute (or less) to figure out how to set it up and a bit longer for lowering it into its compact state as the instructions for that are non-existent. I like that it can fold down, as that makes it easier to transport and put away. Very sturdy and the cups on the bottom do not allow it to slip at all. The padding is firm but not too thick. The hand bars are placed in the perfect spot for support or just to give the hands a place to rest. It allows for concentration on the abs and legs rather than being concerned about neck and arms. No bars cross on or near the face when in the proper position on the equipment, unlike others I saw that were less money. It's worth the extra money to me to have no bars near my head or on my face when I'm in position. Solid piece of equipment for getting vertical alignment to better headstands and handstands as well as adding a new dimension to core workouts.

This awesome took replaces the gym membership in 2020!
I’m in love with this head stand tool! I started using it 6 days ago and have used it every single day for 30-60 minutes. I look forward to it each morning.I am using the the “Feet Up Experience” app (free for two weeks) for guided practices. Today, I tried 2 guided practices from YouTube.I work for a wholistic Doctor. He’s always talking about our autonomic nervous system (sympathetic/para sympathetic) which runs all of our organs automatically. He’s always talking about managing our stress for health purposes. This week, I have found an enormous quieting of my autonomic nervous system. I can’t even believe it! I am calmer and sleep like a baby. 2020 has been so stressful and this has been a game changer even if the work out seemed too easy, the effect was the same.I chose this particular bench because it folds and stores easily. I love it!Plus the price was great.

Takes the pain and risk out of headstands- easy to fold and store.
After some research I chose this inversion bench because it has handles which is helpful for getting up and down and because it folds and takes up less space. After ordering it and trying it several times I’m very happy with it. It’s very sturdy and looks like good construction and the padding is comfortable on my shoulders. For the first time I was able to come out of a “headstand” and not feel compression or my neck or neck pain.Iyengar called the headstand the “king of yoga poses” although it has been shown to be very risky for the C spine and neck. This bench solves the problem and gives you the benefits of inversions without the risks.I would recommend this highly. The only feedback I would give to the seller is to hire a native English speaker to edit the description and instructions- with Upwork and easy freelancers nowadays why settle for broken English in your communications? Thanks for making a great product that will help make yoga safer and more accessible!

Not Suitable for Larger Bodies
My chiropractor has the FeetUp bench, and I have used that to get lower-back relief. Since I cannot afford the more-expensive bench, I got this one to start getting relief.Instead… I got more injuries. So… the handles for the bench angle INWARD — toward the center of the chair — which means that your wrists will TWIST in the headstand position.(The FeetUp bench has handle bars that run parallel to each other. No wrist torsion.)This would have been okay in and of itself, but I have carpal tunnel and other wrist injuries. The first time I inverted, I felt something pull in my left wrist and palm.Additionally… there is more weight on my neck and shoulders than on the FeetUp bench… so my lower back doesn’t get the same release of pressure — it gets no release at all — and I am just getting blood flow to the brain. There is nothing wrong with that… it’s just not what I paid for. I do not know if anyone smaller than 200 lbs (5’10”) has a similar story, but buyer beware…
