Packaged very well and arrived on time. This grill is very nice and appears derrible and very easy to clean. The elements heat up fast and get hot enough to sear meats. If there is a negative, it would be that the grill can only hold a little grease. Cooking 8 hamburgers created enough grease that I had to remove burgers, drain grease off then replace burgers on grill to finish cooking. But these burgers were 1 inch thick and made with 80/20 hamburger so I expected a lot of grease, just not easy to drain while cooking. I've also cooked steak and skinless chicken breast on the grill with out any issues. Grilled sweet potatoe slices and zucchini...perfect sides and plenty of room on the grill. The 8 tiny trays are cute and I let the kids make pizzas in them and placed them on the rack under the grilling element! Kids love it

great for many food items, but if you want to cook a steak it could be a lot hotter. You have to leave the meat on the grill a long time to make it so it is not grey looking and you get the desired grill marks and you end up medium well. (yes, I warmed the grill on high setting for 10 minutes before cooking). Great for eggs and pancakes and like warming the syrup in the little pans. All in all, I am going to use this in my kitchen and try to develop some fun foods

I just receive this beauty! Easy assemble and easy use! Felt like we have our own restaurant! I definitely will recommend to friends!!

pretty good built quality, big and fast enough for a family of 4.we doing like korea style BBQ meal, feel just like we done it in the restaurant , great.all the part need to be clean are removeable , great.for this price, a must get for some one like BBQ, in door!

Got this to up my BBQ game since I am a married man now! The pan gets piping hot quickly if you are not doing it under windy conditions. The cheese holders are coated with teflon I guess which makes melted cheese flow smoothly on your burger! My only complaint is that while washing the main grill the coating starts to come off and leaves scratches. But this could be a defect IDK. I am overall happy with my purchase except that coating comming off while washing the Grill.

Not to bad to clean temp is hard to get right doesn't tell you what temp is on the control which is not good and not having a place for the grease to go. It doesn't have a drip tray it makes a big mess all over the unit and the countertop

Did not like. Did not get hot enough to grill burgers. No place for grease to go. So if cooking more than 2 burgers watch out. We had returned ours.

Once I got used to it, it worked great. The only problem was after using it for a year, it just stopped working. Would not even turn on.
