"Hi...Being a male I was incredulous of this product but I still gave it a go to try it. I was so tired of using a hint of petroleum jelly, such as Vaseline, around my eyes to moisterize that area. I would even use a dab upon going out and about. Trying your product at first I wondered if it was a mistake to order it in the first place. It felt odd for the first few seconds or so, as if it wasn't working, doing its thing so to speak. Then I discovered that after a minute or so it felt as if I had a protective shield around my eye area, which was/is a good sensation. The gel WORKS like a charm to my amazement. I now use it all the time after showering and preparing for the day. I just wish it did a bit more to fully remove dark circles around the eye area, but the gel is still a champ. As you know by now I ordered two more of your eye gel via Amazon. You've a winner here with this product. Please, one suggestion: Maybe you can devise a oil contolling facial moisterizer for men that would help to eliminate facial shine, especially after shaving. Not meaning to tell you what to do in time, but such a product would be a godsend for those of us men who need of such an item.If it's similar to your current eye gel standards it's bound to be another hit for your company, and I'd definitely try it. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!! It's a PERFECT Finale to the Eve Hansen original Bottle #1,2,3 process for the face. The ONLY THING I hope they change is the size of the bottle. Of course, the amount of product and dimensions are listed, but come on... I know most of us have a hard time (not finding the right words here) REALLY figuring out what size the product is actually Guna be. I'd even pay more for the larger 'bottle'. It's more like a mini mini capsule device that dispenses the cream. So the product is GREAT. I NOTICE A DIFFERENCE WITHIN A MINUTE. Best in the cold weather are it sticks firm to the skin through the day. So PLEASE EVE HANSEN... Larger Size Options.... even if we have to pay a bit more, but still would like to see the price be adjusted to a cheaper amount if buying a larger size. Because as the bottle says..... 'you can use all over face and I LOVE DOING FOREHEAD, cheekbones, but I'm nervous about running out quickly. Long story short. LOVE THE COMPANY. YOU ALL ROCK. ESPECIALLY SINCE ITS ALL VEGAN. I think the bottle is small, but just know that when ordering. I originally didn't give a good review/stars, but the company reached out to me, to make it right. They have great customer service. They offered to send me a different eye gel, little bigger bottle for me to try. So far it's been about a week using this product. I like the gel feel, cool and soothing. As an older aging woman, I also like that it has vitamin C in it. This bottle may not be huge, but it will last longer than you think, it takes a VERY SMALL amount underneath both eyes. I updated my rating from before because of the solid custom care!

I've bought this cream two times now (I'm the wife, hubby's name is the purchaser!) And I must say, I LOVE this product. It works wonders under my eyes. And I've seen amazing results with both bottles. It absorbs into the undereye area quickly, leaves no residue, and performs wonderfully under my makeup. I'm only 36, but started a strict skincare routine about 8 years ago when I noticed I was starting to get some fine lines. This product IS AMAZING, however I just cannot, in good faith, give it 5 stars for two very impotant reasons-- the amount received in the bottle and the amount that is dispensed, even with the slightest pump of the dispenser. No matter how softly I push down on the pump, WAY TOO much product is dispensed for what's required for under the eyes. Not a total waste, as I use the rest on my forehead and neck. However, this product (as amazing as it is) runs out so QUICK! I use it twice a day- morning and as part of my nighttime skin regimen. The first bottle lasted a little longer, but this last bottle, I don't know! It's like it was already half used. It barely made it a month! And that, to me, is not right, even with a little extra coming out each pump (not consumer's fault.) I use the tiniest amount because that's ALL you need for amazing results and it's already gone. I agree with a other woman's review. There's definitely not enough product given to last a decent amount of time and the pump needs to be adjusted to only dispense the tiny amount needed for positive results. I'm hesitant to repurchase for a third time because of this, as much as I love Eve Hansen products, this one, as awesome as it is, just needs some tweaking on the pump as well as how much is in the actual bottle. I broke into my last bottle to use every last bit I could. And it seems like I'll have to do the same this time...😕😕😕 But, the product itself IS AMAZING. Please, Eve Hansen, fix this issue so I can continue to purchase this product AND feel like I'm getting my money's worth! Thank you!

I decided to use the whole bottle before writing a review so I could get a good idea of how well it worked and know how long the product lasts. First, my eye problems: dark circles, deep-set , extremely hooded eyes, with fine lines (which isn't too bad for 58). The hoods were quite puffy, with no visible mobile lid unless I raised my eyebrows. I received the product on May 7 and began using it that night. Someone said to use an amount the size of a grain of rice, and that is sufficient for both eyes. I used it under the eye, and on the lid up to the eyebrow. It has a slight, herbal scent, and is not oily at all. I did experience a slight stinging, but no different than with any other herbal eye product. The stinging does not last after the gel dries. The very first night I thought I detected some firming of my upper lid, but I wanted it to firm up, and I ignored that in case it was just wishful thinking. I continued using it at night, and when I was putting on makeup. After two weeks, I could definitely see mobile lid. The hood was not as puffy, and my eyelids were losing the crepyness (how do you spell that? It doesn't look right no matter what I do to it) they had acquired through the years. The circles were much lighter, and the fine lines were...finer. At this point, I was happy enough to order 2 more bottles. It has now been nine weeks, and the firming has continued, as well as the lightening of the dark circles. I think what is left of the circles is actually shadow from the deep-set deal, which nothing is going to solve. I don't look like my husband socked me in both eyes anymore. I really do like this product, and especially recommend it for firming the eye area and helping get rid of dark circles. The bottle lasted 9 weeks, which works out to about a quarter a day--well worth it. I have spent far more to achieve far less. If I have a complaint at all, it is that there is no way to see how much product is left. But that isn't that big a deal.

I used this product nightly for about 7-8 weeks and very much disliked it. I saw absolutely no improvement in my dark circles or fine lines. And, it BURNS!!! The burning sensation didn't last long... 30 seconds or so but it wasn't ideal - especially since I had pain but no gain. Haven't tried the "money back guarantee" yet. On a side note: some people thought the product was small. I have used several other eye products for dark circles and this was no smaller than the others. It is 0.5 oz. The ROC product I tried was also 0.5 oz, neutrogena was less than that. Not sure how or why people felt like they were getting a minimal amount - eye products usually are small but you only need to apply a tiny amount.

Update: (Now on my second bottle and will continue to order.) This is a wonderful product! For some reason I developed dark circles for the first time in my life. (Maybe I'm just getting old.) This gel began working very quickly, but by the time I was half way into the bottle the dark circles were completely gone! I tried every product I could get my hands on, and nothing else worked. If you have dark circles try it. I am so impressed with this product! 10 stars! ********** I've never heard of Eve Hansen, but I read the ingredients and knew it would be worth a try - especially at this price point. I've had this for only a few days, but I really like it. I worked in the skin care industry for years and know a lot about products. I must say I'm impressed. It is a cool gel that feels wonderful! A fantastic tip: Keep this in the door of the refrigerator and use it in the AM when you get up. We often recommended this with gel eye products. The gel already has a cooling sensation. I can tell you for sure - you will love it from the first time you pull it out of the frig. I'm going to do that tonight. I already know how it will feel. Ahhhhhh . . .

This is the best eye gel I've ever used and believe me, I've tried many brands. I followed my usual process which is to apply it to one eye only for about 2 weeks so I can clearly see how effective it is or isn't. At the end of the 2 weeks I stop using it for several days to see how long any improvement lasts. I honestly wasn't expecting anything great due to the price (seems that ingredients that actually work are also expensive). Much to my surprise, this gel performed better than any other product I've used, no matter the cost. From the first use I saw a noticeable difference, I thought it was because the product was newly applied and the effect would fade after a few hours. That's not what happened. Every morning and every night when I applied more gel, my under eyes and lids still looked much better than before I started. When I started applying it to both of my eyes, it only took a couple of days for my neglected eye to catch up. I don't know which ingredient(s) in this formula are responsible for my results; or maybe it's the combination. But I do know that I will definitely keep buying and using this product. I do wish it came in a larger size.
