This book is very informative
This book was very helpful if you having major spine surgery. it thoroughly answers all the questions that you are thinking. I highly recommend reading this book!

Great Information
This book is written well and explains things that my Physical Therapist was explaining but in more complex terms. Whether you are prior to surgery or post surgery and working through nerve issues, this really helps make it easy to understand and visualize!

Helpful pamphlet
some great info, much readily known but I learned a few items before surgery, good little pamphlet (not really a book per se)

Not a great of a book
Not a great of a book , very short on material and seemed like he didn't put much thought into such an important topic he knows a ton about . Disappointed at the lack of material knowing the great work this very well respected author has done . Not sure what happened . Also have a few of his other affordable short material books and they are all like this one- Not worth the purchase. His website and webinars however are

This is NOT a book- it is a booklet!
This is a 22 page booklet. The price is way too high! there is not much text in the booklet. It is a lot of cartoonish illustrations. Save your money.

good resource
very well done. good information, accurate. As a PT I would recommend it for my patient who will be having surgery.
