This is a very nice mug for desktop use. It has a large base with a skid resistant ring on the bottom which aids in stability. It is stainless steel throughout even though the exterior is black and doesn't look stainless. It holds about 16-18 ounces and keeps my coffee warm for several hours. The flip top lid had a rubberized tip that extends into the mug which adds to the heat retention .. this lid is tight but not 100% spill proof, so if you are looking for a totally tight top for throwing into a briefcase or lunch box, this is not the mug you want.It is very sturdy and ought to hold up well. The flip top lid device is plastic and appears to be a bit fragile, but with care it ought to be very acceptable for daily desktop use. I hand wash it so I don't know how the lid would hold up for dishwasher cleaning.Hope this helps ... I looked for a long time and decided on this one ... would definitely buy agan.

Bought for my wife as a shorter option for our new espresso coffee maker. Perfect size for it, but does not hold the heat long enough and it's diameter is two large for car center console cup holders.

I like the 16 oz capacity. Most thermal cups are either 12, 14 and 20 ounces. I usually brew 450ml coffee. After brewing, I have less than 425ml of coffee to pour in my cup. This leaves me plenty of room for my sugar and CoffeMate with plenty of ullage. My coffee stays acceptably warm to its last drops. This cup is also lighter than comparable competitions I have ever used. I highly recommended this product to all coffee drinkers that don't guzzle up their drinks in fear of coffee getting cold. Unfortunately, this cup does not fit into my car's cup holder. I use my Thermo coffee jug for my car.

Well well.. I had to use google lens to translate the user manual ...not worth it for the price . it;s just a cup like any other ..nothing special ..you couldn't translate the text to english ???

This mug does exactly what I have always wanted. Insulation on the sides and bottom are so good that you can't feel any hint of the hot liquid inside. With the lid on and the "flap" open you can easily drink hot tea over an extended period while it very slowly cools. If you decide to speed up the process, just remove the lid and drink as from a regular (although still highly insulated) mug.

It's a waste of money. I do not recommand at all. Design is fine but it leaks so impossible to keep a hot drinks warm enough more than 10 min. It's a nice decoration for the desk but useless to be brought inside car... It messed up the inside my car. And with the price I paid for + shipping fee.... you can imagine my disappointement. I won't return because of the return fee I have tp pay as well. Believe me and don' waste your money for this brand !!!!!!!!

Have had various thermal coffee mugs for my desk. This one met all my requirements. No sliding lid. No lid that had to be rotated to sip coffee. I was looking for a larger flip top mug that kept my coffee hot. Preheated the mug with boiling water and this mug kept my coffee hot after 2 hours. Hot enough where I had to sip the coffee.

Love the mug, perfect size. The lid is a press on/in, not a screw on, but I've knocked it over once and the lid stayed in place.
