Love it and it matches my bedroom furniture so well. I just wish it had something to hold the top up so it won’t fall.

I love the style, function, and space of this piece. The underside of the top had a crack. I contacted the company and it was replaced very quickly free. Very friendly, caring, professional, and helpful!

This armoire is beautiful, and came packaged so well that I was certain there would be no dings or dents! Unfortunately, the piece of furniture must have left the factory without a solid QC check. It's too much trouble to return to Amazon, and I'm not sure I'd get a better one in exchange when looking at all the other purchasers who have had similar experiences. I knew this when I added to cart, but took a chance anyway. If it were just a scratch, I could use a wood marker to cover it, but it's a dent in the actual wood.That said, it's still a lovely piece of furniture & I am excited to finally put all my jewelry away!

I read several reviews before ordering this item. I was pleasantly surprised and I actually am very happy with my purchase. I have a bedroom of Kincaid Mission Oak furniture and this piece (while NOT solid oak) does match nicely with my other pieces. Even the handles are nearly the same & the color matches great with my other oak pieces of furniture. The item was easy to put together and was securely packaged in the box upon arrival. It has plenty of room in the drawers and they are "deep" reaching all the way back to the cabinet and the side doors hold several necklaces and the top smaller drawers are perfect for rings and small earrings. I like the "look" of the Armoire and it has a Quality feel to it, compared to others I looked at in discount department stores plus, it serves the purpose of holding my Fine and Fashion Jewelry! I'm happy I made this purchase!

I love all the features. The extra hooks and different size drawers accommodates my jewelry perfectly.

The pros:Nice craftsman design. Good looking hardware. Drawers line up well. Color is good. It will sit in a lowlight corner of my room so most of the problems are surmountable.The cons:There is a gouge in one of the drawer pulls.The lid is a different tone to the rest of the cabinet. The lid does not stay open so having the mirror is useless.There are marks/ scuffs on corners (see photos). My armoire will be in a low light place so it’s not a dealbreaker but it’s really irritating and speaks to a lack of quality control.The doors do not open properly. The right one is basically non-functional. I will need to buy knobs to make the doors function. Other reviewers have called this out - why has it not been fixed????The label on the door left adhesive on the wood. This is currently attracting dust.The curved lid supports are dented and scuffed. They were extremely badly wrapped (no padding, each piece was rubbing up against the other).The construction on some areas is very cheap looking - the hinge for the lid, the attachment of the back panel and the dots on the top to provide a soft close for the lid.Who thought it was a good idea to put that color????? Will be replacing those too.But worst of all is the packaging. TERRIBLE! It’s a pure miracle that the cabinet was not a pile of sticks when it arrived. Random pieces of styrofoam…. Bits of cardboard……I am stunned that other reviewers have called out most of these issues and none of them have been addressed. I would expect a manufacturer to monitor their reviews and correct production and packing problems. But I am extraordinarily surprised that Amazon does not pressure their suppliers to address the problems for future orders.

When I shopped for this for my wife in November '09, there were lots of similar products available via Amazon and elsewhere. I finally chose this one based on the price, the likelihood of its matching our other furniture and finish, and some nice features like the felt lining, mirrored lid, and various storage areas. I ended up having an issue with how the shipping costs were presented, and the vendor was very easy to work with. The item arrived promptly and, though in a very heavy box, required almost no assembly once I got it upstairs. It's nicely finished, has lined drawers with a quality feel, and has a nice assortment of storage drawers, doors, and under the mirrored lid. My wife (and therefore both of us) are very happy with this purchase.

The box arrived damaged, then the armoire it's self is broken, is missing a drawer, has uneven coloring, wobbles, and glue is visibly globbed on inside of felt drawers. There are also no instructions for putting the rest of the unattached pieces together. On top of everything else, it looks like they sent pieces that don't belong to this armoire with it. Don't bother wasting your time and money on this. I want to give this a negative 5 stars. The box isn't reusable to ship this back for a refund. When I contacted Amazon's customer service to resolve this, the representative suggested that I send this back and stated "Any box will do." I thought she was joking and she wasn't. I don't have large boxes randomly lying around that this armoire would fit in. When I asked her for recommendations of where I could find another box for this, she didn't have any. Not helpful. I now have to wait for an investigation team with no idea of whether or not I will get a refund while I'm stuck with this poorly made, poorly shipped piece of junk.**UPDATE** After a month of no response from the investigation team, I called and spoke with a manager at Amazon. I was eventually able to get a full refund without having to return this horrible piece of junk (since I didn't have a box to send it back in). Please, don't buy this. It's not worth the trouble.
