Car Repair Injection High Pressure Fuel Pump for BMW N54/N55 Engine 335i 535i 535i 13517616446

This pump showed up just as advertised and was of course an exact match to the factory hpfp. This was used on my pre-4/2012 manufactured - 2012 X5 E70 with the 3.0 liter turbo. N55.The change out was not easy but did fix my problem with intermittent loss of fuel pressure and performance.

This second fuel pump has start to malfunction need to exchange again i had to buy one from the dealer today. Would like a refund .

RSTFA is shown as manufacturer. It was shipped directly from Hong Kong. It appears to be an OEM replacement. I paid $445.00. for this. Thr sticker on the side of the pump has number 7616194-03 on it. After the Covid-19 pandemic, this item is shown as no longer available. I installed it on April 12, 2020, after getting it in December, 2019 because I didn't haave a HPFP failure yet, and BMW had a recall under consideration for me and then denied it, because my mileage was 122,550, just over the 120,000 cut off. I have great quality pics, but Amazon doesn't have slink for me to add them to a review. Unknown functionality. It does fit but now my car throws a code for P0238.

Installed new fuel pump worked for about a week then had long cranking and rough idle, then one day the idle was so bad it sounded like one cylinder was out car turned off while I was on the road tried to start it to no avail. Had to get car towed home.
