Great product for the price!
Product was easy to install and all of the various hardware pieces (ie. screws, etc.) tightened into place nicely ensuring the handle fits closely and strongly to the door. The only negative is the fact that the handle was a bit smaller than what I’d hoped. Still looks nice on my bathroom linen closet door but would be careful if using for a full-size door elsewhere.

I was very happy on the outcome
I have been buying Schlage locks in the past. Recently I am looking for contemporary locks to replace all my bedrooms and bathrooms. I have been searching all over the web and eventually cross my finger to give this lock a try. I was very happy on the outcome.Initially even after I received the product, I was still very skeptical about its quality because the lock is well oiled and I could see the oily finger prints on it. But after it was installed and gave it a wiped, I was impressed by how tight the tolerance is as compared to my Schlage when I wiggle the handle. As most of the locks are made in China these days, I am surprised this lock is made in Taiwan, where a higher quality is essential to survive in order to compete. The designer tried too hard to hide the two screws holding the lock against the door. So it is a little more difficult to install than my Schlage where the two screws are visible.

Excellent
I have replaced all of the door hardware in the house with these. They are well made, attractive and have a nice positive snap when the door latched. Closing force is low.The design has apparently changed (for the better) recently. I did the conversion in two waves. In the first wave, only one of the levers was removable on the bedroom/bath sets, so that sometimes the locking button is above the handle and sometimes below, depending on how the door is oriented. On the newest set, both handles are removable so that you can always put the button below (or above if that's what you prefer)

Love these door levers!
Bought 2 Privacy door levers and 2 passage door levers for the 4 new doors I installed in my newly renovated 1st floor. These door levers were better than I expected, seem to be made of good quality and look great! I used to two privacy door levers in the bathroom and garage door. Installation was easy, although one bag was missing a screw! The two passage doors I used for the basement and pantry door. The chrome goes extremely well in my house and matches my chrome kitchen hardware perfect. I am so glad I paid a little more money and went with these instead of normal chrome door knobs. If you are on the fence like I was, just pay a little more and go with the fancier more impressive Chrome levers. I even purchased the front door hardware so it all ties in!!

Be prepared to replace/adjust often
The appearance and function when new is great at a reasonably low price. In less than 4 years, we have had to replace 2 handle sets (we purchased for all doors in a new construction) and have had to take apart and re-tighten several handles multiple times. If you want to install and forget, keep looking. Customer service has been great and offered free replacement on one of the handsets, but just a hassle to have to keep dealing with something that should last for years without replacement.

High Quality Product, Great Price
These are a high quality product. I put them in a high end condo and they look great. I installed them myself. The first one took about 20 minutes to install but after I figured it out the others I installed only took about 6 minutes each. I bought 11, four of these were "dummies". A word of caution on the "dummies". The "dummy" (non-functional) handles are designed to be installed on solid wood doors. The doors I installed them on already had holes cut for a regular assembly. I had to fill the 2" holes which made the installation of the four dummies very time consuming. I am very satisfied with the handles and their weight, action and robustness.

Nice handles
I bought these handles for the new French doors to the new modern white kitchen, they are same style as the kitchen cabinet handles. They look nice, quality is good, match the style. But I am a little iffy about the overall quality feel, there is no WOW factor as I have hoped, they have weight, they fit, they work, a little smaller than I imagined them, do not have any expensive or luxury feel to them, I am not sensing any joy or excitement or accomplishment, which one gets now and then when a new piece just pleases you, such as new paint, new lamp, etc.. these sort of just being there. I am not a handle expert, so I don't know what additional factors would make handles feel substantially more impressive. They are nice, I can live with them.
