I drink this with honey in the mornings. My hairdresser noticed my hair was getting thicker and asked me what I was doing.I told her the only thing different was, drinking this tea! She said, red clover helps hair grow! Who Knew? Would highly recommend!

Quality Herbal Tea
Have been drinking this high quality herbal tea for over 30 years now. As far as I’m concerned nothing else comes close. Just wish I could still get Alvita St John’s Wort and Golden Seal still.

Energizes me
I feel a lot of momentum after drinking this tea. I need caffeine in too big of a quantity now for coffee to do anything for me but one cup of this works for me.

Mild and tasty
This did not disappoint, this hibiscus comes in a little cloth bag, one serving per cup. The flavor is mild it is pleasant but rather mild. I brewed the bag and left it in my cup and with a normal tea it would have become stronger but this one steeped only so much and then that's it. It is a good flavor but like I said it is a mild one, so maybe 2 bags per cup if you want taste.

What's Not to Like?
I started using Spearmint tea back in June to hopefully help with hormonal acne. At first I was buying another brand because I was familiar with it, but it was expensive and only lasted me 8 days (I started with 2 cups a day.) I am now on my 3rd (maybe 4th?) Box of this brand and I love it. Not only is it more affordable, it's organic, and in my opinion it tastes better. The flavor is fresh, herbal, and a bit minty (but not overly so). It's also not a dark tea, which I appreciate. I like it hot or iced.I do think my acne has improved. I started it soon after I stopped breastfeeding and my hormones were all over the place, which didn't help my skin. I am also noticing my cycles are like clockwork now, and they never were before.I don't see any reason not to try this! Just give it time, I think it can take several weeks to see any improvements. I've also read it helps with symptoms of PCOS.

is a good investment and medicinally helpful
The Nettle tea, for me, is a good investment and medicinally helpful. Please note, I said, for me, it works and is a staple in my cupboard at all times. It works, again, for me, as a natural anti-inflammatory and anti-histamine. I had lower back pain for a long time. I tried muscle relaxers, but that made it worse. My father gave this to me when I visited him in Europe in 2009. I've used this ever since as a calming, relaxing agent for both the pain, which I have only sporadically as most people do from various activities. I drink the tea 1-2 times a day January through March as an anti-histamine. Depending on the severity of allergies during this time of year, I will drink a cup of tea in the morning and evening. With less severity, once in the evening an hour before bed. I researched a lot of Nettle teas and liked this one the best for a lot of my own personal choices.I am not a doctor, so please use your own common sense and discretion as to what is right for you. A little honey with it for those who don't enjoy the earthy and herbal flavor of this tea. P.

An okay hibiscus tea
This brand of hibiscus tea is definitely a relaxing drink, and seems to help with mild hypertension. I’ve tried many different brands over the years, and some have been great, while others (such as this) fall into mediocrity. Why? For some reason, this brand and a few others on the market tend to leave me mildly bloated and with mild indigestion- something I haven’t experienced before with hibiscus tea. Hibiscus has diuretic properties, and to have this tea produce the opposite effect is puzzling. I’ve also noticed that this straight-up pure hibiscus tea has a bland flavor compared to other brands that are pure hibiscus with nothing added. Is there a freshness factor that’s affecting potency? A packaging factor? This brand packages the tea bags into one paper bag, instead of individually wrapping them. Still, this is a decent hibiscus tea that can temporarily replace your favorite brand when it’s out of stock.

This Has A Fruity Smell And Taste Delicious!
Recently because of heath issues my Husband gave up coffee and started drinking herbal tea. He is having such a hard time finding any teas that he likes. He does like dandelion, but wanted a change from that.Because he is also having some issues with his eye sight, the doctor suggested he try Bilberry. He is now using the herbal supplements, but decided to also try the Alvita Bilberry Tea. He liked this one because it has the real fruit and not the leaves... plus this is organic. What this tea tastes like. My Husband says it has a light taste of blueberry and is very mild. I decided to try a cup of this myself just so I could review it. It does have a slight blueberry taste, but before you even get it in your mouth, you can smell a fruity smell.Bilberry is used for improving eyesight, including night vision, cataracts and disorders of the retina. Some people also use it for heart and blood vessels, including hardening of the arteries. I read that it helps with osteoarthritis so I am going to start drinking it as well.
