This product is terrible. I've applied it 2 times a day for 6 weeks. No results. Expensive and does not work. Don't waste your money on this. Revitalash actually works, and is oonly slightly more expensive. Some peole said that this prodduct works so good, they had to trim their lashes. Bah! I find that hard to believe. Nothing happened to my lashes at all-- not longer, not thicker, not darker. What a sham! Don't throw your money away.

Beyond disappointed! I read review after review, and I was so excited, until I used it. Got it, cleaned my lashes, applied, and cried, because it burned so bad! Sorry to be so brutal, but I spent d a lot of time to read too many reviews, to feel this way about a product. If you think you’ll get lush lashes, you’re mistaken! You’ll get watery swollen eyes. Who cares about the pigment. You’ll rub your eyes raw before that happens. Do not waste your money!!! Im just hoping for a full refund after this review. Not worth the money. I wish it was.

The box was opened and contained no application instructions. Is it supposed to be safety sealed? Or is this a returned used product?

I’ve received this product twice and both times the actual product is outside the little box it comes in and is slightly open? The first time it came, the top was off and it started to leak in the bag it was in. My friend bought this months ago and it actually had a safety seal, so I know there should be a little piece of tape on it, but neither of mine came with it. nonetheless I’m afraid to try a product that looks like it has been opened & used. It’s so weird.

I tried the product for 28 days and see no significant results. Very disappointing as the price tag was high and basically feels like I’m applying water to my eyelashes. I went with this product because it doesn’t have the chemicals that other similar products have. Turns out the chemicals are what makes the product work.

This product keeps coming to me opened, two times now. Eye products for sure would have a wrapper on them. It is not safe to use this and there is no proof that what's inside is the true product. Also the box is suppose to have stickers showing it has not been opened, both of my orders the stickers were missing.

Product came opened and spilled. For the price this is terrible. I was looking forward to using it, I've ordered a replacement. Hopefully it comes fine.

Excellent primer, terrible at what it claims to do. After 3 months of using this religiously, and after inspecting before and after pictures, I can conclusively say that this is a high-priced mascara primer -- nothing more. Go elsewhere for lash-lengtheners/thickeners.
