Lots of other good reviews that I read before buying
Lots of other good reviews that I read before buying, trust them. These work. I have two. A 32 oz green one for keeping water cold and a 25oz grey one for coffee. No idea about the time they will keep something cold or hot but I still have cold water at night after filling mine in the morning and refilling several times during the day. Also keeps coffee hot until until I drink it all even if I forget and don't finish until the evening. And they don't leak.

Knocked my socks off
This water bottle exceeds all expectations.Competitively priced, it keeps ice water icy for a long, long time. I live in southern Arizona and it can handle the heat and not lose its cool. Two different caps make this an exceptional value. Also works well with cold adult beverages at the beach ;).

AMAZING!
Works great! I love stainless steal water bottles. Can use flavored drinks in it without ruining the water bottle. With plastic water bottles i always have issues if i put flavored drinks in them. Next time i put water in it always tastes awful. Stainless is super easy to clean! Works great tested it out with margarita on a 85 degree day. after 1.5 hours it was still perfectly slushy! I was very impressed. I bought it to keep water cold while golfing and it works great for that also. I was very impressed that it came with 2 straws and two different styles of lids. Will be buying another in the future. My fiance immediately asked if i would buy her one when she saw mine so now i know if i dont buy a second one mine will always "disappear"

Smudging logo
I've only had this cup for a few weeks and have been using it interchangeably with my Yeti. Unfortunately, the logo is smudging quite badly (I only handwash it FYI). I first noticed it when out on a hot/humid day and while carrying the cup - apparently with my hand on the logo - and thus the smudging began, and white paint got on my hand/fingers. The logo doesn't feel coated like the body of the cup (it's tacky to the touch) and maybe that's the problem - it needs to be "powdered over" to make it less susceptible to smudging. The pro is that the cup is truly spill-proof and keeps beverages cold; although the silver band along the top does sweat a bit, the rest of the cup doesn't. I've even dropped the cup on concrete and haven't had any issues beyond barely visible (and I mean barely) scratches. I've also used both the twist off lid and the straw version - both work well. It comes with two straws which was nice. The opening is wide enough to fit ice and the color is great, too!The cons are the smudging (obviously) and also the handle on the straw lid version. The black, plastic edges are a bit sharp, making holding the cup uncomfortable especially when holding the cup by its black top with your fingers through the opening (the bottom edge is the sharper of the two, on my cup at least).I'm still debating on whether or not to keep it. I might just rub the logo entirely off so I don't end up with any surprise paint on my fingers when handling the cup... We'll see!

All steel, great if you want to avoid plastics!
For general health reasons, I am trying to avoid plastics, in particular food and water storage. I have been using bpa-free water bottles for a decade but wanted to switch to stainless steel. Also, most stainless steel water bottles require a plastic cap. Not this one! Hence my purchase! This has a stainless steel cap. It also comes with a plastic cap and two straws if you prefer that. The bottle is visually appealing, holds 750ml and is not heavy feeling. The cap also has a nice handle on it, although it isn't in a fixed position. So if you're noise averse with a sleeping infant next to you, use the plastic cap.My decision for this purchase was not based on the ability to keep hots hot or colds cold. But so far it appears to accomplish as advertised. Maybe the Yeti is better at that, but I don't really need more than 24 hours of temp control, and the Yeti has a plastic cap (no no forme) and is $20+ more expensive.

Still good, no longer outstanding.
This is my second time ordering a GP water bottle. The first time was nearly a year and a half ago, and in that time I really enjoyed my water bottles (both 25 and 32oz) However, the 32oz bottle had a lot of dents and scratches from outdoor use, so I decided it was time to replace it and ordered another 32oz bottle. It seems like the construction and dimensions changed a bit since I last ordered, and perhaps for the worse. The new bottle is skinnier and taller than my old one. Anecdotally, I have noticed this new bottle seems to allow the liquid inside to reach ambient temps more quickly than the old bottles do. Also, as the picture shows, the labeling on the new bottle seems to smear quite easily by just gripping the bottle.I still like the bottle, but it seems like there may have been some changes to the process that have resulted in a lesser product. Overall I would still recommend this brand, giving the benefit of the doubt that I just got a bad apple this time around.

Air hole too small for straw use unless you modify things
I really like most things about this bottle-- the size, dimensions, finish, color and two lids. But one thing I don't like is that with the straw lid, you can't easily drink because the air hole is too small. I had to remove the little rubber gasket from it and place it on the pin part of the straw, which goes into the hole to make the bottle leakproof when closed. I think the little rubber piece will get lost on the pin, but I'd rather have the straw be usable than the bottle be watertight when shut with that lid on. I might try to super-glue it to the pin because right now anytime I close the straw, the gasket remains stuck in the air hole, and the straw is virtually unusable until I pick it out again. I'm surprised others haven't mentioned this design flaw.
