I purchased this with several other pillows for a long flight I have coming up. This is very soft, but I could not figure out how to wrap it around my neck to properly use it. When I would try to lean my head against it, I had to unnaturally push down with my head to keep the support in place or it would pop off my shoulder and head. Maybe it would work better for someone with a longer neck, I don't know. It would have helped if it had come with instructions on how to use it.It did have a nice bag to carry it in and was incredibly soft.

I bought this for my trip to Hawaii and used it during the flights and at the airport. The material is soft and I also like the ability to remove the outer plastic for cleaning. The contour shape is a bit larger than expected and takes up a little bit more room. Overall a good quality product for long travel and short naps while waiting at the airport.

Good product. Better than the average neck pillow for sure. Once you get it in the right place you can actually get some rest. I found i had to switch sides every 1-2hrs during my 10hr flight, but definitely better than anything else I’ve tried.

I often struggled to have my neck and head rested while on a road trip or in flight. I was glad this pillow arrived just in time for my 4-hour day trip over the weekend. I fancy its lightweight and compactness that the bulky U shape travel pillow could not offer. The scarf pillow really support my stiff neck and head rather well, I didn't have to lean against the window like I used to during long trips. I look forward to use it in flight next week. I would recommend this scarf pillow for individual travel use or as a gift to fellow traveling peeps

It's compact enough that I carry this in my backpack for whenever I commute in the mornings and it's great for taking a nap on the bus or train (provided you can get a seat). Also easy to clean so I have no complaints about this at all.

This light weighted travel pillow is the best traveling pillow i have used so far. The memory foam quality out pace any competitor in the same cost spectrum. The plush cover is also very comfortable and make you fall to sleep easily. I would recommend this to anyone who travel a lot either by plane or car.

Used it on a 4 hour flight and it as great! No slippage like I get with the traditional neck pillows I own...but I got this for an upcoming 9 hour flight, so will update with the test of "dang that's a long flight"

Unfortunately I had to return this item. I am a petite female and this just did not work (5’4” 120 lbs) . The frame was above my chin, my face sunk down into the material, and no matter how I positioned the neck scarf - I got zero head support. For a longer necked person, this might work but it just did not fit my neck frame at all. The material is super soft and cozy, that’s about the only positive in my experience.
