Is a great price and a reasonable quality for a calligraphis!
This ink stone works well. The ink stone holds enough ink to brush stroke a fair number of kanji characters. I have not ground ink with the ink stone yet. I do not anticipate any problems grinding ink. It also cleans up well. Furthermore the price is very reasonable.

Easy to grin stick down for ink.

Pretty great but a little shallow
The stone is pretty great the only problem I have with it is that it's pretty shallow, it isn't too much of a problem and is deep enough for my nibs though.

Product damaged, return easy
The box was stained and damaged, the lid was cracked down the middleIt overall had a similar look as the photo, and probably would have been nice if I could use it.A little smaller than I thought, it’s not that deepThe return and refund process was easy though

It’s really nice quality and the lid keeps the inks- liquid for like weeks.

Depth of inkwell
If you use a large brush and you have too much ink on it, it does not work well because the well is too shallow.
