I feel like it has definitely helped with digestion and my skin has been looking healthier! The pills are so easy to take and they actually taste and smell great! No horrible aftertaste like most fish oils.

My cholesterol has steadily been creeping up over the past two years so I’ve been looking for a quality fish oil. Haven’t been taking it long enough for results yet but I like that there’s not an after taste. So far, so good. Will update after next dr visit.

I don’t eat fish as often as I should for the recommended health benefits so I thought taking a supplement would be good. After taking it for a few weeks I haven’t noticed much of a difference but I don’t think the benefits are very noticeable? The only thing I noticed is my hair feels different, in a good way. It’s very soft and smooth now and I haven’t changed any of my hair products.
