I've used a bristle pastry brush all my life; when my last brush started to loose strands onto my pizza crust, I made a change for the better. I had some doubts about using a silicone brush, not any more. I like to coat the edges of my pizza with EVOO. This brush holds the oil and releases it when applied to the product with accuracy. I also like how easy it is to clean, and I appreciate the included instuctions. Overall, great product at good price.

I wish I had gotten these years ago. No more bristles in my food. These are so easy to use. The sauce goes exactly where you want it. Having different sizes & colors makes it easy to keep things organized when cooking several different glazes at the same time. Very easy to wash up. Excellent product.
