Not had to use yet but look s like a very good product

This was amazing … used it to jump start our Vw camper at least 5 times on one charge whilst we were on holiday ( van had a fault garage was unable to solve) then, during the electricity outage due to storm Arwen we were able to keep our phones charged up

Not a great experience to say the least. I am currently £25 out of pocket having been sent a faulty jump starter and not having the return postage refunded by the seller. I returned the unit nearly 3 weeks ago and have given the seller numerous opportunities to rectify the situation before I posted this review.The unit arrived and as soon as I plugged it in it was obvious part of the display didn’t work. In addition, although the unit should arrive semi charged it was in fact fully charged.I followed the return process and emailed the seller with the return postage cost to be reimbursed. I received the reimbursement of the product cost but not the cost of the return postage.For a couple of weeks, I called and emailing the seller and got no response. The phone just rang and you cannot leave a message.I finally got a lady on the phone a week ago, she has tried her best to help me but needed the manager to deal with the refund. I couldn’t speak directly to the manager and after another week of emails and phone calls I still have not received the refund.So, I have paid £25 for the privilege of being sent a fault product. Waste of my money and time.

Does what it’s made to do. A good buy.

Great jump starter @ pump

I purchased this for a Xmas present after our last one finally gave up after a lot of years use , ( Clarke’s jump start), I was really pleased when this arrived as it really looked the part, unfortunately when we really needed to use this in the middle of January it let us down ,,even though it had been fully charged it wouldn’t start the car,it was telling us that the charge was full. We tried charging it again but it still said the charge was full but still wouldn’t start the car a few days later. I have sent it back which cost me £26.90 to return it on the 9th Feb and haven’t heard anything since, I am still waiting for a refund. I certainly wouldn’t recommend or buy anything else from this company.I have given it one star because I have to give it something, and in all fairness it was delivered quickly.
