Heating pad is good due to following points. Heat fast. Temperature last for adequate time. Handy to use. I am only concerned about safety of the bag. Two fittings are there. Plug point and one another. If leaks while using through these fittings, burn injury can occur. Please clarify regarding this safety point.

To be honest, I was kinda worried about the product. I bought it out of urgency and decided to go ahead anyway. The product does not match its appearance as in the pictures, and it was in a pink box that had kinda off writing and no instructions. I struggled to pop the socket open coz, well, I had never used one of these before, so some instructions would have been nice. But eventually we managed to get it open, and after charging for 5-10 minutes, it turned off on its own. Well, what can I say? It was hecka warm and was pretty helpful. It can be a little too hot on direct skin initially, so do use it over clothing. Overall, I'm satisfied.

Not good at all. Features talk about gel while it's just like a bottle with a thin fabric. There was supposed to be a stopper which w missing n there's just a small open hole. Nothing at all is happening on charging even after 10 minutes no charging n not even getting warm, forget about getting hot.
