Winsome Groveland Wooden Square Dining Table

This is a beautiful table but it’s really small for use as a dining table. It came quickly and had no damages. It was very easy to assemble and it’s totally made out of wood. None of that manufactured wood stuff. The finish is nice and smooth and the tapered legs give it style. It really looks much more expensive than it really was. I read the dimensions before I bought it but I guess I still pictured it as bigger than this. As you see in the photo, I can’t even push the chairs all the way in. If I had it to do over again I would buy a larger table. I still gave it 5 stars because it’s a great table and really beautiful.

I'm absolutely thrilled with this table! It is the perfect size for a standard 20 inch square Chess board. The table measures 29.5 inches square so there's room to set a beverage on the side. It's sturdy, was well packaged, easy to assemble, made of solid real wood, and the finish is beautiful. The 2 standard dining room chairs I ordered are the right fit and height for playing Chess.

This table is great, y’all!!! It went together, super easy and fits the space in which I put it perfectly. I’m actually using it as a side table to a daybed that has very high arms. It’s made of actual wood not particleboard. It has a good weight and a nice finish.

I have a very small kitchen, and needed to replace my cheapie table that was falling apart. This one fits nicely in my small space, but still provides enough room for myself and my two kids to sit and eat together comfortably. It arrived quickly and packed reasonably enough. It is solid wood (though I have no idea what kind) and honestly looks very nice. It was a steal at this price! My only complaint is that there is a manufacturing defect on the bottom side of the table top, where they nearly drilled ALL the way through to the surface that shows (yikes! quality control?). However, I can't see it from the top and really didn't feel like dealing with the hassle of a return for something that probably won't ever be an issue. Oh yeah, and I put it together myself in ~15-20 minutes (including unpacking it). Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase and would definitely do it again. If you're looking for a nice, solid, decently priced, smaller table, then look no further--this is it.

UPDATE, 12/2014: I still love this table. We've been using it essentially as a counter top for 1.5 years and it's still quit sturdy. The blender, juicer, and stand mixer sit on top of it. That is a lot of weight for a little table. The blender runs on top of it regularly and still it's in great shape. I'm very happy with my purchase and look forward to using it as a table again. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- I love this table. The quality is what you would expect of a solid wood table. The bolts have not started to loosen after four months of use, even with the vacuum bumping into the legs sometimes when I'm cleaning. The top is easy to clean, very well coated to protect against water damage. Water droplets just sit on top, even for a few hours, rather than absorbing into the wood. I also love the dark color and the price. Though it was $89 when I bought it, this is still a great price for the quality. I am very happy with it. As much as I love it, I wouldn't recommend it for a large family. Only my boyfriend and I use it. I could see it still working if we had a baby, and probably working for four people of average size, as long as you don't want to put anything more than your plates/bowls, silverware, napkins, and maybe a salt and pepper shaker in the on top of it. This is not the kind of table you can use to both serve food from and eat on at the same time. It's just not big enough. However, if they have this table in a larger size, I'd recommend it. I expect it will last us many years.
