Great looking watch at a reasonable price.
I bought it as a gift. The person that I bought it for thought it was a great watch.

Great basic watch!
For a Chinese-made watch, it's great! I got 3 different colors of this watch. I wear the black/blue version all the time. It's somewhat sizable watch, has digital and analog timepieces on it. The digital time is really small and with a greenish LED when you turn its light on. And the Analog timepiece is easier to see during the day, but at night, nearly impossible unless you use a flashlight. The tips of the hands of the analog watch do barely glow in the dark, so you can get a general idea on what time it maybe at night time in total dark. It's fairly easy to set up, watchband is pretty stiff plastic like and comfy for the most part and no real problems with this military-looking watch. Yes, it's water-proof also, but would not risk using it for deep sea or scuba diving.....but will be fine around the house and work too. 5 of 5 for a decent low priced Chinese-made watch....a rarity for me to find.

Initial thoughts are good
Update to my initial review from March: -The watch had been working great, no issues, the time keeping between digital and analog kept in sync and held up to being in water and getting banged up. My only issue i had, i accidentally dropped it from about 6ft onto concrete, and the digital features must have got knocked loose on the circuit board in the housing and while they would illuminate, they were not legible. -I reached out to the Yihou company about my issue and they sent me a new watch without any questions and I received it within 4 days from the initial communication. -It may have been a fluke, but whatever, i use the watch for school (diesel mechanics) and the watch has taken its fair share of abuse. for the price point it's solid. Plus the company had great support for their product. --All that to say - i highly recommend this watch, I get compliments on it all the time, it's easy to use, easy to read, and does what I need it to do. (my initial review is below): Just got the watch in yesterday. Initial thoughts are good. - Packaged well/secure - nothing loose, the watch was in a metal case inside the cardboard box, and then the watch was wrapped in cellophane, then placed around a foam insert to hold inside the case. -Came with instructions - easy to read/understand and set the time/date/alarm/chime/chronograph functions. -Holding time well between the digital/analog - i set the time last evening and they are both synced up and running well - no issues yet. -the hour/minute hands and the digital display are easy to read, I have not had any difficulty with it. -the illumination on the hour/minute hands do work as well - I cannot speak to the water resistance as I haven't encountered that yet. We'll see how it goes from here out. But out the box is doing good. For the price it's a good deal. I need something that doesn't matter if it takes a hit or is scuffed, just need a time piece for work/school. Will update this review as time goes by, no pun intended :D

Looks like my expensive G-Shock Steel but that's about it.
Okay so for $20 this isn't a complete piece of junk. The photo is the watch listed here in chrome version next to my expensive G-Shock Steel watch (that I rarely use and needs to be out in the sunlight currently because its almost dead). They look very similar and that's about it. Weight wise it's probably about half the weight of my G-Shock. Personally, I love heavier watches so this one feels a little light but not bad. I wanted a watch that I could use while working. I work in a pyro lab testing minerals from around the world so it can get very dirty, sweaty, you name it. I can tell two things about this watch before I use it. 1) the plastic lenses is going to break easily and 2) this thing is probably going to rust easily. Now the lense I really can't do much to it to help it. I do have some extra glass screen protectors for my old phone that I'm never going to use so I might try my hand at using a compass to cut piece that's the same size as the screen. As for the rust. I can just tell it's going to rust. I've had a ton of watches and I can basically feel that it's going to. So to help with that I'll probably use some clear nail polish on the backside and try not to get it wet. I def know this isn't a watch to go to bed and then wake up and shower with it. I'll try this at work to see how it goes. Wouldn't buy this for my purposes but if you want to look like a baller and have a very limited budget then this watch is perfect. One and last thing... the light on this is very very low and it also depends on the angle at which you're viewing it to see it better in the dark.

Does Not Keep Time
This watch functions pretty poorly. Although, in my opinion, it looks great! The programming was so simple that I didn't even have to refer to the manual. I programmed the calendar, clock (both digital and analog), and alarm settings in approximately 10 minutes or less. The most complicated part for me was setting the analog clock correctly. Aligning the analog clock to the digital clock took me a few attempts because the analog clock is really wonky. In certain indoor and outdoor conditions the display is very hard to read. But the biggest issue for me is that it doesn't keep time well. The first day that I programmed it I made sure to set the time as perfect as I could. For a couple of days it seemed to be accurate. However, after 48 hours, it has proven itself to be unreliable. There are things about the watch that I do and don't like. Here's my two cents; Pros • Aesthetically Handsome • Relatively Simple Programmability • Fairly Durable Cons • Analog Clock Programming is a Bit Tricky • Display Can Be Hard to Read Sometimes • The Clock Can't Keep Time! • Too Expensive! (Considering, It Doesn't Keep Time). A clock that can't keep time is, almost, completely useless. If you want to wear a watch that looks cool, in an attempt, to impress someone, then, this watch is for you! But if someone asks you for the time, then, it's game over. If you want to wear a watch that can't keep time; just for the fun of it, then, there are a few things that may change your mind. Some things that I didn't like about this watch but shouldn't merit a bad rating, are; (1) the band/strap is a little too short for me (buyer's error), (2) the Yihou website doesn't appear to have replacement bands/straps, and (3) the manual (and online resources) don't appear to have any information on two unspecified parts of the display. So I have no clue why they are even there. I really wanted to like this watch but it will, indefinitely, be returned. The takeaway? For your own sake... DO NOT BUY THIS WATCH!
