Love it! This wooden name puzzle was a big hit with my 2 1/2 year old grandson. It’s colorful and well made. He’s a wiz with puzzles. All the pieces fit smoothly into their slots. I loved that both his first and last name could fit on the whole board ( both 4 letters each with a space in between ) It’ll be a great hands-on way for him to learn all the letters in his whole name. This is a custom piece so be sure to allot enough time from creation to delivery if you need it in time for a special occasion. The best part was being able to engrave a personal message on the back of the puzzle. I can’t visit with my family in person right now because of the pandemic; so I really enjoy being able to send special personalized gifts when I can.

After searching many websites looking for the best deal and what looked to be the best quality, this was it! My daughter has an eight letter name so finding a good deal wasn't easy. Upon receiving my order it was clear the puzzle was great quality! Sturdy, durable, and exactly the colors I wanted! My 17month old has a super easy time placing all the letters in their proper slot, which says slot because she honestly has a a hard time putting other puzzles together. Plus the vendor is great at getting back to you with any questions you may have! Great product and great customer service, amazing experience overall! Definitely getting another puzzle with her last name and for my next little one.

So happy with this purchase!!! I bought one for my son and one for a baby shower gift. Great quality! I love how it helps my son learn how to spell his name. This will be my go to gift from now on!!! The customer service was incredible... My dog ate one of the letters (he eats everything)! I contacted the seller to explain what happened... They told me not to worry, and that they would send me a replacement letter at no cost! They were so understanding. I could not be more happy with this purchase and how the seller treated me! I absolutely loved these earrings when I got them but the crystals have started falling off. I guess you get what you pay for, I saw similar earrings at Target for $14.99 and with the shipping these came out to be $6.96 so I bought these because they were cheaper but if I had bought the ones from Target I could've returned them for another pair if the stones fell out. I think these earrings would be great for occasional use but I haven't taken mine out since I got them and I don't think they were designed for everyday use. For the price I guess you can't beat it though, I'll probably buy another pair just for wearing with the matching necklace I bought. They are sterling silver (.925 stamped). My advice would be to just take them out every night.

The price was great on this puzzle; so much cheaper than the many I looked at on several sites. I was slightly concerned that it wouldn’t be the same quality as it’s pricier competitors, but thankfully I was wrong. It’s a beautiful, sturdy puzzle & my grandson has really enjoyed it! Good sized with very vibrant paint colors. This is how I helped teach my children to write their names, with puzzles or trains with their name on it so they became very familiar. The company also has great customer service & I will likely be buying more in the future!

So happy with this purchase. I bought it for my daughter to help her learn to spell her name. Is colorful and well made. Great Quality! Letters are a nice size. Can easily recognize the front from the back. Its a great hand on way to teach children the letters in there name. Puzzle arrived on time and was as pictured and described. Customer service was great as well, had to contact them because I misplaced my letter and they didn't hesitate to replace them for me.I will be purchasing again and I have recommended to others.

This is a perfect gift for young kids and a great way for them to learn the letters of their name and practice fine motor skills. I chose rainbow colors and they are very nice. Some reviews reported trouble with some letters not being able to fit if you flipped them around, however that was not a problem for us. Very happy with my purchase. The only thing I did not like is that the base plate is plywood and I would have preferred solid wood. The wood looks nice, I just prefer to avoid glued woods.

I am extremely disappointed in this product. It was ordered as a gift, but I would be embarrassed to give it as a gift. It appears that they accidentally carved out a piece of the wood and then patched it, which is extremely visible and obvious. The ironic thing is that the backside of the puzzle is one, intact piece of wood, and if they had used the back side as the front side, this entire situation could have been avoided. I understand why a personalized item is not returnable/refundable, but I will now be spending money to buy a Lillian Vernon name puzzle to replace this for the gift this was intended to be. Between the cost of this puzzle--which I cannot use or return--and the cost of the replacement one so that I actually have a gift to give, the name puzzle has ended up being very expensive.
