This will fit four water bottles and an ice pack on the bottom.  A sandwich, too, if it's in a very slim container to protect it from getting squished by the upper section.The upper section is insulated as well, but heavy items on top make it difficult to open and close the bottom.  I did, however, like the option to separate hot and cold items!Forget that it is advertised as a bag big enough for two adult meals.  It just doesn't work for that.  You will be disappointed if that's what you need.  But you'll find plenty of other uses...It will perfectly serve as a beach bag.  It stands well, so you won't have stuff falling into the sand :) The larger upper section is easy access for sunscreen, a bag of chips, your phone and wallet, and other essentials.A nice bag for a trip to the park with the kids, too.  Drinks (and baby bottles) below; diapers, camera, bubbles, wipes, snacks, etc. on top.The kids will also appreciate this in the car to keep crayons and little toys on top, juice boxes and a snack below.The zip pocket in front is large enough to secure your keys and headphones.  (The side pockets are really only good for a pack of gum... very small)Overall a sturdy, attractive bag for both men and women, for all your short activities.

Husband works 12 hour shifts and needs a good amount of food and drinks. This holds a big pyrex of food with a slim container (fruit salad) on the bottom and we fit 4 teas or waters on top without feeling we are stressing the bag with weight...perfect for him... ordering more

The quality is great! It is insulated so items stay warm or cold. It holds a lot and love that it has two different compartments. I can pack my hubby his lunch, 2 drinks, and a bento box full of snacks. He is very picky about lunch kits but has had zero complaints about this one.

I recently have started riding the city bus to and from work. I needed something to transport items that need to stay cold. Cheese, milk, frozen meals, salads etc. This lunch bag is perfect. It is quite large. Perfect for me but might be too large for some. It is well made. Well worth the price.
