It helps with those crazy high heels
Some high heels are impossible to wear through your the whole night because they don’t have much cushion. These help in providing a little bit of cushion and also keeping your feet afloat. They still don’t solve the whole issue but they help minimize the pain and prevent the burning from rubbing your foot against the high heel.

I can’t use this product because it hurts my toes and feet. I must get bigger size shoes if I want to use this product because it’s thick and fits in my shoes so tightly. Very good adhesive though
