All good no worries. Good for the cash. No instructions , but only four bolts.

Install was easy and straight forward. On my JLU the bumper cover had 2 bolts already in place and welded nuts on the other side. I used a 8” pry bar to move the metal plate and was able to use the 2 existing bolts and nuts. The 2 inner bolts went in easy and everything lined up easily. If you are looking for a receiver to use for light towing or using a hitch hauler, this one does the trick. There were no instructions with this product but once you look at the bottom of the bumper it’s hard to not know how it installs.

Well built but it could use thicker material, i wont be using it as heavy duty so i am ok with it, hard to install with provided bolts, factory oem Jeep bolts works way better and way easier to install, <<<Note>>> (NO INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED) 2021 Rubicon 4door steel factory bumpers.

It was what I needed but not for a Jeep. I had it refitted (wielded) to fit my zero turn lawnmower so I can pull a trailer behind when I do yard work pruning, trimming and hauling materials around the yard.

BUYER BEWARE: THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT FIT 2019 JL MODEL JEEP WRANGLERS WITH FACTORY INSTALLED STEEL BUMPERS - the product description is wrong, bolts supplied are too large to fit through two of the four holes in the Wrangler frame, and the hole pattern on the hitch is slightly off which will lead you down a path of nudging knocking and tweaking forever. I wish there were ZERO STARS for wasting my Sunday afternoon.

Very easy to install once I figured out how to remove the bracket that supported the bumper. Great fit and good quality. Very happy with the results.

Took about a half an hour to install, everything was fine, factory holes on Jeep were not fully drilled out, so I’ll give the hitch 5 stars and the Jeep aka Chrysler 3 stars!

this is a well made heavy product, easy to install good instructions

The rear cross member for a 2020 Jeep Wrangler is provisioned with 2 qty 12 mm bolt passage holes & 2 qty 14mm bolt passage holes. The hitch was supplied with 4 Qty 14 mm bolts. Had to source 2 Qty 12mm x 100 mm x 8.8 Quality bolts at additional cost to complete the installation.
