Bit flimsy, but no children in the house

This looks fabulous and is great value for money the only thing was it said the sides were adjustable as well as the front but the sides don’t move but we managed to cut through the metal to make it the right size and it looks amazing would highly recommend this fender it certainly finished my hearth off

This was very easy to set up and then fit around my hearth, The only downside is that the decorative pieces that go on the front corners are not a very close fit, which is noticeable when seen from certain angles.

Item arrived with missing finials which annoyed me enough - contacted via email via here and heard nothing, but rang them and to be fair, the phone was answered quickly and the lady was really helpful and I received the missing finials within 24 hours.Both myself and my husband (who's a trained senior engineer) have tried to put this together so that it's not likely to fall apart at the slightest knock but the threads on the actual finials are too short to actually anchor it together and the black paint also stains very quickly with fingerprints!It's currently held together very precariously and looks nice so long as nobody goes near it (which won't happen as we have dogs who will inevitably knock it).Really can't be bothered contacting again or sending the thing back so my husband is going to replace the threads in the finials.Seriously wish I'd never bought it!
