I’ve been looking for a single serve coffee maker for quite a while. Had to send another brand back it leaked all over the counter!! But this little maker is perfect for a cup of coffee it brews hot coffee doesn’t make a mess and is easy to use. Right in the top was the contact warranty phone number!! I read reviews for hours trying to find one that was not disposable and this one had the best reviews over all the big brands so I gave it a shot! So glad I did. Mind you I’ve just gotten it but it was very easy and I like that I don’t have to have a k cup I can use my own coffee if I want. Just drinking my first cup and have nothing bad to say about it. If problems arise I will edit my review but if a single serve is what you want give this one a try and save yourself hours of reading reviews. So far so good!! Only had this jewel a week but it makes the best coffee fast easy and quiet. Give this one a try. If problems occur will update I think it’s the best little coffee maker I’ve ever had One month in and still love this little but great coffee maker. Would order another but hopes this one lasts. I researched and looked at reviews for months and finally WOW!!!!

This coffee machine is all what we need for all family members! It’s very compact, lightweight and Easy-to-use! It’s great having a smaller machine that takes up less space and looks great on my kitchen counter. The machine could not be simpler to use, it takes just a couple of minutes to warm up and brew. Also, it’s very easy to remove the bottom pan to put a coffee travel cup or a tumbler (which comes with the purchase). My mom and I were so impressed by this machine that I ordered and now I’m about to put it inside her office room so she can brew the coffee anytime she wants.The machine is built with good plastic material, it looks rigid and cute on my kitchen countertop. The custom filter cup is roomy that I can fill in a lot of grounded coffee, this is A PLUS because I can make my coffee tastes strong as much as I want! Also I can brew tea with this custom K-cup.The machine is able to clean itself. Just a press and it will do the job for you! The machine has auto-turn-off program, I have no worries after the brewing!It’s ALL-In-ONE product that all I need for my whole family! I’m very happy with my purchase and willing to try out other products from Sboly!

This coffee brewer does a great job, I have used it for both kcups and coffee grounds and in both instances it brews a perfect cup of coffee in just a matter of minutes. It does have 4 cup size options, 6 oz, 8 oz, 10 oz, and 14 oz. For kcups I prefer the 8 oz option, but when brewing my own grounds I often brew a 14 oz since I can control how much grounds I am adding.I have used other kcup type brewers in the past that do not pierce the bottoms of the kcups well, and then you end up with weak coffee and grounds in your cup. Not only do they end up in your cup but you can tell when this happens because when you go to remove the used kcup there are coffee grounds all over the top of it, from the 4th photo you can clearly see this is not a problem with this machine. Another thing I really like about this brewer is the holder for the kcup removes completely so when you throw away your used and hot kcup you don't have to touch it and risk burning yourself like my old brewer.This brewer is very durable as well, it had actually gotten knocked off of the desk it was set up on at work and still worked perfectly fine afterwards and non of the plastic broke!My only complaint (which is so easily fixed) if you use a short coffee cup be prepared to clean up splatter, as you can see in the last photo. I have switched to brewing in the cup that came with the brewer and no issues to be had brewing with that one!Overall this is a fantastic brewer and I am thinking I will get another one for home!

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  We love drinking coffee daily, and have had several coffee machines. From your normal pot coffee to the single Keurig cups we have tried them all. I find that this coffee machine hits a perfect balance because it allows you use your regular ground coffee and the Keurig cups if you want. However you will get a better value if you use the ground coffee of course. It is very easy to use, and the single serve makes it perfect to make some coffee in the morning and just hit the road with out having to think about cleaning the pot or waiting a long time for that coffee to be made. This even comes with a cool mug that really holds the heat quiet well. I would recommend this to everyone

This review is for the Sboly 10USSY1177BK-C coffee maker which includes the 16 oz. stainless steel vacuum insulated tumbler, also sold separately. The appliance itself is also sold as CM1177B.It is designed with a plastic removable drip tray with stainless steel cover. There is a filter basket for ground coffee and a holder for commercial coffee pods, with separate brew buttons for each function. I have not yet tried the pod feature. I generally grind my own beans to reasonably fine for strong coffee. I measured in the coffee, covered the filter with the lid and put it in the machine. Timing for a cup with 10 oz. of water was 1:59 to heat the water, 1:29 to brew, and about 30 seconds for the dripping to stop. The coffee is excellent.The stainless steel tumber is amazing. It stays cool on the outside while piping hot coffee is inside.In all, a very happy purchase.In a contact with Sboly customer service they responded very quickly. I was impressed.

Very disappointed, the COFFEE machine worked for one week and then appeared to get stuck in clean mode and only dispensed 1/2 inch of water at a time. I couldnt find any helpful troubleshooting information. I unplugged machine in attempt to reset. Ran vinegar through in attempt to clean any blockage and nothing helped. Also it took a month to arrive and I ordered before Christmas rush and at an additional delivery charge! Do not recommend product!

So I thought I'd try this single cup one from Sboly because our company has already said they won't be providing coffee after we return to the office post-Covid lock down.This machine is small and takes up very little space which will be perfect at the corner of my desk. It's quick and easy to clean. The filter basket included works great, I didn't notice any coffee grinds in my coffee at all. The coffee comes out piping hot so it's not lukewarm after adding cold milk/cream.The travel mug that is included is insulated so it kept my coffee warm for a long time. It is a perfect size to use under the brewer and even has a cute little hand for safe holding if my hands are already full.

The product was faulty plain and simple. Upon arrival the item was not functioning. There is a lack of seal or waterproofing between the water reservoir and motherboard power souce bellow. And water pours out of the power input. Also coffee maker came with what looks like used coffee grinds. Was so excited for this product... cant afford to replace it or ship it back... customer service hasn't responded. Either I recieved a returned product or you sent me an item smashed and broken internally. Also smells like burnt battery acid when plugged in. As water is hitting the motherboard and literally frying it. ( know the smell) please send a new product or reimburse. I shouldn't have to ship back hazardous leaking battery materials.

Love it! Definitely worth its price and it's convenient. It takes up less space compared to a regular coffee maker and does what it's supposed to. Love the option between ground coffee or using kpods. I occasionally use it to make tea by placing the leaves in the reusable filter (ground coffee basket). Overall great purchase.

This coffee maker will work on "k-cups" as well as coffee grounds. It is fast, provides a hotter cup than many others and offers a small "footprint" on your counter taking up very minimal counter space. Perfect flexibility for anyone on the go and wanting flexibility in their coffee needs.
