Great for multiscreen
Bought this for my church to run multi screens for our worship. The receivers don't need power so you can run them without the need for additional outlets which is a plus.Upgraded from a serial connection and the picture quality is drastically better.Great if you need to have multiple screens where a hdmi cable wonrecommend.Would highly recomend.

Multiple connection did not work.
I purchased this system with hopes of streaming the HDMI output of an NVR used for my home security. I connected one through a Cat6 cable system to one TV about 65 ft of cable. The only way I could get it to work was use Cat5E between my wall plug and patch panel where the NVR was located. If Cat6 cable was used for connections the signal was unstable. I tried to connect to a second TV approximately 25 ft. away. When this was done neither TV could maintain a stable connection. The video would come on for a second or two and disappear. Yes I have tested all my cables before using them. Very disappointed and undoubtedly it unable to perform as I had hoped. Unfortunately to much time had passed before I did the install. It seems the system does not have adequate power.

This item was super easy to hook up and works like a charm. I would highly recommend it.

Missing pieces, can't power with half a power adapter
Product is worthless worldwide with only this half of the wall power apapter.Update: returned for full refund the unit that shipped without half of the power adapter. It was an open box item. Shame on Amazon for not checking components.The new unit was a "newer" version, same distance but better resolution specs. It appears to work flawlessly for my needs, except one item. I have checked with tv's, computer monitors, from laptop, and Blu-ray sources. I have not checked the IR remote functions, but I don't need them. What I have found that does not work is using an HDMI to DVI adaptor cable out of the HDMI output on the transmitter unit. This adaptor cable works from the recievers to the same computer monitor I'm testing the output on. So close to a five star, but I bought this for the exact configuration I can only get to work 80% right.

Works as described. Running a projector and TVs off unit. Crystal clear. Way better than previous VGA cable.
