Victorinox Hunter Pro M Large Pocket Knife with Lock Blade and Lanyard Hole (Pouch Included) - Orange

This not my first Victorinox knife, so I knew before ordering it that the blade would be made of good quality steel and arrive sharp. The rubber over molded grip is very comfortable, and the grip shape feels very secure. The lock, while a little old school, feels positive and locks securely. The size and weight resemble a mid-size fixed-blade knife. Very stout. This knife is simple, no-frills, and feels like a tough, well-built product.

I have many many knives for survival/hiking situations and day to day things as well— my favorite and the best survival knife in my opinion is the Gerber LMF 2 - this knife is a lot bigger then it looks online but is a plus- it is very solid and great quality— it’s a beautiful knife and you won’t refuse getting it..

I really like this knife. It’s definitely NOT a small knife. In fact, it’s the largest Victorinox folder I’ve ever seen. I like to buy orange knives because I’m always laying my knives down somewhere and then looking for them. Finding an orange knife is so much easier. Initially opening the blade was pretty stiff. One reviewer even stated it could never be a flipper. But after I applied a small amount of oil around the blade pivot point, I had no problem opening it as a one hand flipper. But, I have to admit it takes more energy to open that way than most flippers. And the knife may not have even been designed to be used as a flipper. All in all a high quality build that you would expect from a company like Victorinox.

This knife is very comfortable to hold, the opening and closing resistance is a bit high, but that is not necessarily a bad thing, it is a very good knife.

This is a great knife. Fits my hand well, good grip even when wet, and it stays sharp with a honing steel.
