I have been trying to find an attractive Edison type bulb for months and have been spending a lot of money on lightbulbs that are either too yellow or too bright- think stadium lighting. After reading many of the customer reviews, I had a really good feeling about these bulbs. I was not disappointed. They are perfect. We put these in our bathroom which we are remodeling. It sounds strange to be excited by a lightbulb, but I bought these beautiful new light fixtures that are clear, and I thought maybe I had made a mistake because I could not find an attractive bulb with the right brightness and tone. Well hello Boncoo: Not too bright, not yellow, flattering to skin tone. My photo doesn’t do the lighting justice but it feels like the lighting from my old lightbulbs but attractive and LED. Win-win. The cost was also excellent. I plan to buy more for some other fixtures in my house as I’m so happy with these.

For those of you looking for a larger Edison filament type LED bulb that's not too yellow, & dim, like the ones labeled "soft" and not too clinically white, like the ones labelled "daylight" this is it. This one is right in the middle and perfect in the amount of light it throws without being either too yellowish or too stark white. These weren't easy to find, Home Depot & Lowes had nothing, even though these are labelled "soft" I went by the lumens of 3000K, having tried the bulbs that were 2700K and 6000K and found both to be too extreme in their lighting, these did the trick. LED bulbs have certainly changed the game, but can be very confusing when trying to figure out the level of light they give to meet your needs. I'm no lighting expert for sure, but there needs to be more choices in decorative bulbs that are in the middle of the brightness range.

Nice light with good color that dims from 0-100% without flicker. The only downside is that that are tall when compared to standard bulbs and might not fit where expected or could stick out. Because of the size, they are probably best used in fixtures designed for exposed lights.

The reviews are correct that this light gives you a nice bright (not harsh) light without that yellowy glow that tends to be there for these edison type bulbs.This light bulb is also what you need if you have grey colored walls with blue undertones and you want that blue to tone down. This light will help the grey show more. I put them in my basement where my walls were looking more blue than grey. With these lights its a nice soft grey with a hint of blue undertone that I was looking for...it also brightened up my dark basementI'll be buying more for back up bulbs in case any goes out.

The color and light is very good. But unfortunately 2 of the 4 bulbs after 2 days are starting to flicker about every minute. I have not been able to figure out a way to contact the seller to try to make them aware.***update*** customer service immediately replied to my amazon review and were very kind and were willing to send me a new set of bulbs since mine were flickering. I tested the new ones out and they appear to be working great! Very happy that they took care of this promptly!

We purchased these to match the color temperature of an overhead LED fixture in our bathroom that was somewhere between tungsten and daylight color temperature. The overhead light was labeled as 3000K and these appear to match perfectly. So far, they are working well in a damp bathroom environment. Recommend.

These LED bulbs were exactly what I needed for my new entry way fixture. The clear bulb looks great inside my glass paneled light, and lights the entry way very well. With the expected longevity of each light, and the incredible low cost to run LEDs, I estimated that I would average about $3.50 per year, using my light 12 hours a day for 365 days a year! To top it off, the life expectancy means I won't need to change the bulb for about 6 years (using it 12 hours a day)!
