I ordered this garment in preparation for an extensive surgery to treat my lipedema and lymphedema. I had heard very good things about this company from some European contacts, but it used to be that LipoElastic didn't deliver in the USA, so I was excited to see it offered on Amazon. I had some questions about the garment, so I sent a message, and a super-helpful customer service rep answered all my questions the next day. She also pointed me to the quicker delivery option that I could select on Amazon. I received it in 3 days. Impressive! I brought the garment to show my lymphatic therapist, and she exclaimed over the quality of the compression and the workmanship. I agree! The size is true to their sizing guide, sleeves come to mid-forearm, legs are full-length, there are 3 hook-and-eye closures under the zipper which make it easier to zip up. It's also the most comfortable compression garment I've ever worn: the full-bodysuit design means there are no stress points on my body, and the fabric provides sufficient compression while being soft at the same time. I will be ordering more in the future.

I dont write reviews but this purchase was so bad that i had to share, I wish i could give zero star, THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE AND THE WORST COMPRESSION I EVER HAD , do not waste your money,

Okay , long story short I'm using this a bit far out from when I had surgery to help with residual edema that's just kinda lingering. Had a c section where they used the same attachment as tummy tucks get. After getting baby out to try to get more fluid off me. Scarring doesn't go right with me. EDS. Also waiting on POTS testing. I love this garment. Yes the arms are tight but I have water wings and they've been driving me nuts. It's weird seeing my arms a normal size and my legs getting there. Overall out of all the compression garments I've worn this is definitely worth it. My skin is fragile. A lot of compression wear shreds it. This doesn't seem to be doing that. Docs tried everything but compression to get the water off me. Trying this was a lark for me. I'll probably have to get a smaller size after awhile but the theory was since the edema wasn't ever managed right. Maybe the dumbest thing that could be missed or the simplest solution. Might work. So far. Yup. Working. Length might be a bit short on a taller person. I'm a bit over 5'2" and have been clocking 250 lbs. Post surgical weight was closer to 400 lbs. Went home like that.. could barely stand. If I end up dropping enough fluid off to size down. I'll repurchase. This is helping a lot. Not sure what the mmhg on this is but it's not as high as 30 and not as low as 10-15. So it's fairly moderate bqut even compression. I'd describe the feeling as closer to a comfortable hug than a pinch. Arm tightness is a bit closer to mild bra discomfort than anything really ouchy. And that pressure point is more in the armpit than anything else. I have broad shoulders. So if you're not on that well crud mens shirts and coats end. Probably won't have that issue. Also heckn busty. Still some room in the chest for my girls to be comfortable. 😆 and my honey was happy I came to bed looking like black widow 😂 with fun time access. Potty access is good too. This compression is curvy shawty friendly. 10/10 Would buy again.

Order a size smaller. Doesn’t give much compression but comfortable.

This is worth every penny. I got my whole abdomen and arms done. The 2 piece set they gave me after was cutting into my arms and breasts. This is true to size and so much more comfortable.
