I’ve always loved this stuff, really gets the gunk out of your jewelry. You’ll notice a lot of black crud and then sparkle sparkle your jewelry is clean. Love it!

While I noticed that the size of one of the products in the set got smaller than it was when I bought my previous set many years ago, I don’t mind because with the frequency I use it, my previous larger container got dried up, and I had to keep adding water to it to finish using the paste.What I do mind is that the brand decided to remove the basket from the liquid cleaner. It’s not an issue for me because I just poured liquid from the new container to the old one. But I think that cleaning jewelry without that basket will be less convenient and more wasteful.I think that the brand should change their container back to how it was two iterations ago (from what o saw on reviews, the basket that couldn’t be taken out of the jar wasn’t convenient either, but it’s not a good reason to completely get rid of it).

For those who tried to get rid of tarnish by soaking their metals/jewelry in the pink liquid...I feel your pain but I'm sorry that's the wrong item in the kit for getting rid of tarnish. I was first introduced to this brand of jewelry cleaner when I was at a county fair and there was a booth that offered free ring cleanings. They showed a 3-step process where step 1 is using the polishing cream in conjunction with a cloth to wipe off the tarnish. THEN, they soaked my ring in the pink liquid to make it nice and shiny. The last step was rinsing with water and drying with a towel. I was impressed so I bought it even though it was a bit pricey at the fair.Since I found this kit on Amazon for a much more reasonable price, I ordered it and I've been very happy with it! I have been using this brand for the last 6 years and have not found anything better for all my jewelry. Huge bonus for me personally was the banana and coconut smell because I love tropical smells. Seems odd but it somehow makes it a more pleasant experience when I clean my jewelry.To be honest, I got really excited by the fact that it smelled like banana and coconut because I love tropical smells. Wow, wow, WOW! I have quite a bit of Pandora and Alex & Ani bracelets that I stopped wearing during COVID (too much hand washing). After sitting for over a year without being worn (and improperly stored) I was pretty upset to see the level of tarnish on my pieces. I didn't want to use anything that would harm my jewelry and read a few reviews about this product and decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did! My jewelry is now tarnish free and looking like new! Definitely a great product I would happily recommend and repurchase! The polish is a bit messy so I'd definitely recommend wearing rubber gloves while using, otherwise it was all very easy to use!

I’ve always purchased this product at women’s shows and Christmas shows in the past. COVID meant no shows, so I ordered when I was running low. The product is as perfect as ever. My issue is the container with the insert that you pour the liquid in and then soak your jewelry in it. It’s been redesigned and the straining piece will not come out of the container. Recently is couldn’t “catch” and pick up a small earring that was in it, as well as my thin wedding band. While trying to work it out, the strainer became turned and my jewelry went underneath. Impossible to retrieve it seemed. I ended up shaking the whole container over a stopped up sink to shake out my small pieces of jewelry and wasting the whole container of cleaner. Again, the cleaner is my very favorite, must have for cleaning my jewelry. Gladly, I kept the old container from years ago and am using it as the strainer piece just lifts out. If you have this issue, you can use any appropriate size container with a lid.

I am so glad I found this on Amazon! I saw this product as a wedding expo before I got married but didn't buy it because I was trying to save as much money as possible. My two friends that came with me bought this though. After the wedding I went searching for this product for something to clean my ring as home after I noticed my ring getting dingy and cloudy. I found it here on Amazon for a great price (even cheaper then what they ask) plus I have Amazon prime so I got it in 2 days!! I tried this right away and saw a complete different with my ring. Plus it does not have that harsh smell to it that other ring cleaners have so I feel better that it is safe for my ring. I LOVE THIS!!! Plus you get a lot of it for the price, seems like you wouldn't need to purchase often at all as it last a long long time. Makes my ring sparkle so much!
