How do you connect the bread board to the arduino?

The "bread board" is connected to the Arduino by jumper wires

What case will this fit in, or do you leave it caseless? Dust issues?

Don't know of any case for this combo; it is simply for 'ease/convenience' during prototyping-&-experimenting (thus, dust-off "as necessary"). Helps to keep peripheral components & wiring straight and neat during development.

Looking for screws / standoffs that come with this kit. Packages inside box came apart and fell out of the box during shipping.

The standoffs are 6mm long with 3.0mm male and female threads. Amazon sell a 3.0mm black Phillip's screw and a 6mm standoff with 3.0mm threads.

Does this come with a breadboard and arduino?

Sorry but no. It does however come with the mounting hardware.
