It's OK. I think three stars is fair. It just doesn't actually hold that much without getting bulky and awkward and barely being able to close. I don't think I'm being crazy. I bought a modest travel bottle set and I want to put a travel shave gel bottle in and a pill bottle and it's acting like I want to stuff a whole ham in. It's basically the size of a whole ham now. Not very cute or sleek and the buckle is all the way extended. And will that plastic buckle even hold?I might mess with it some more but it's taking up way more room than my old cracked plastic one for the same amount of stuff essentially. I do like that it will take up less room in the actual hotel bathroom but until then: ugh!

This organizer will hold nearly everything. It's larger than I had hoped, but you need not fill it full. When folded, it will take up a chunk of space in a suitcase, but it can be packed in the open mode to lie flat across the top. My particular problem is that it has a black interior. I have vision limitations and have trouble seeing things on a black background, especially in poorly lit areas. I may return this and order another color.

I love this thing. As small as it is you can really pack it in with your essentials.I bought this to use on a cruise and it held all of my makeup and brushes and hair clips etc..I love it so much I just have it hanging in my bathroom and now use it at home as well as vacations.

This appears to be a sturdy, well made, and well designed product. It holds a lot and really allows a lot of separation and organizing of items. I only just received it today and started to put things in it for an upcoming trip, but I feel quite sure it will hold up well for many travels.

I really like this product overall. However, there is another seller of this same product so I suggest that you beware of possibly getting the wrong product. I like the "plain" look, but my bag has a very large "Relavel" name/logo on the bag (the name of the other seller of this product, which is also cheaper). Otherwise, the bag looks identical. I tried to get Amazon to refund the $3 difference, but they would not do that, so it wasn't worth the hassle of exchanging it. The bag itself is nice, except the bold "Relavel" name on it.

Quality was great but it wasn’t big enough to hold what I needed. The pockets on the inside are perfect but when you fill them and try to roll it up it’s very hard to close.

This bag holds a lot!!! I leave it hanging by the bathroom sink for my makeup. It has held up well. I have a tendency to over pack it which makes it difficult to roll up & clasp shut. Excellent product. Will buy again.

I love the individual pockets, but you have to be careful when rolling it up to put away or things might fall out. So far it has worked great. I really like the buckle that holds it closed-it adjusts with ease to the size of the closed bag (if you add things to make it thicker or remove things making it thinner.) Good product.
