These feel good in my suede boots that have a 2 inch heel - they stay put in the boot and feel morecomfortable - they are self stick and provide just enough cushioning to be effective - I ampleasantly surprised - small but effective - impressive.

Used this with new shoes to keep my foot from sliding, did pretty good job

These are a bit thick but the cushioning is great. My favorite dress pumps shoes that had become way too loose and my heel’s slipped out when walking. They are a bit difficult to place in the correct position in the shed but I taped them lightly to my foot and then put my shoe on to confirm I had the position correct. I then reached inside my shoe a held the cushion tightly against my shoes releasing it from my foot. I used a sharpie marker to outline where it needed to be placed. The adhesion is great so they are a little difficult to place but using my marks and starting near the arch portion of the shoe, folding the toe region forward I was able to start at the arch and carefully unfold and place the to region correctly in my shoe. Excellent product.

These were fine and did the job I needed, but were hard to place in the right spot in my shoe. Also started rolling up and moving after a few wears.

The product works as advertised.

I bought these to hold my foot in place for a pair of sandals I have that have a slight incline in the back. They worked perfectly and did what they said they would do. My feet are a wreck from years of abuse and these feel really good.
