Sassi Professional Acrylic Kit.

I purchased this set after watching tons of YouTube videos to learn about the mystical process of acrylic nails (check out NAIO nails on YouTube for some good instructions). This set was a good, cheap price, and contains pretty much everything needed to get started. I'm giving it four stars instead of five because my kit didn't come with the top coat in the picture/description, but came with something called "Nail Calicifier" or something, which is a pink color. I used a gel top coat anyway, so it didn't really affect me, but is pretty lame that it didn't come with what it says. The instructions are also horrible, with many errors and little detail (good thing I watched those videos), and the smell of the acrylic liquid is pretty atrocious. I didn't have high expectations with this set, but it was sufficient to get me off to a good start on doing my own nails. I didn't use the nails that came in the package since I wanted a French tip look (and the nails it comes with are full coverage nails, anyway, which is not my preference). Overall, not a bad kit to get started, but definitely not a long-term solution if you're going to be doing your nails very often. ...and, again, the smell is really, really horrible. If you take nothing away from the reviews, believe that!

This acrylic nail kit had all I needed to do a great home application of my own nails! No more salons giving me bumpy and crooked manicures or cutting my cuticles with their drill!!I use this kit next to an open window with a fan blowing outward to keep the fumes to a minimum in my room. It is still smelly, but it is much better if you can do it outside or next to an open window with a fan.The acrylic is crystal clear and blends perfectly with the nails. No bubbles, and it levels out nicely once you get a handle of good technique. The no-lift nail primer has been very effective in keeping my nails from lifting. I've only had two nails lift, and I am sure it was due to my technique rather than the product. The rest of my nails are on there FIRMLY! Other nail kits I've used didn't have the primer and the nails would lift in two weeks!The brush is short, but the bristles themselves are a good size and similar to what professionals use. I have a good time applying with this brush.The one downside: There was a limited number of nail tips, so I had to take a few big ones and trim them down to my proper nail size to finish my application. I didn't really like the tips, but they got the job done and it was very cheap so I didn't mind shaping them to what I preferred to use.I will definitely buy this again!

I needed help with my nails and this set did the job. My nails get fragile and brittle and need just a bit of help to get long. I only use the powder and acrylic not the fake nails included. The acrylic goes on just right and spreads easily and with just the right amount of coverage. This acrylic dries fast and sets up with hardly any waiting time. The acrylic is easy to buff and get ready for your nail polish. This great acrylic also helps with nail tears. This acrylic comes off easily with nail polish remover. The acrylic lasted about 10 days and this is great. The acrylic makes your nail polish last longer and makes your nails look great. The smell was not bad at all and I have used other brands that were a lot more stinky. Everything you need is included in this kit. The kit will last for quite some time, I have used it five times and still have enough for that or more times for a full set of nails.

This truly is a great set. As many of the reviews said, the nails it comes with aren't great but I use the acrylic on my natural nails so I'm not bothered by that. After my first attempt, the acrylics are at two weeks and going strong, and I've only done my own nails a handful of times so I'm no professional. Other at home brands I've tried always chipped and peeled off after two days. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because when it arrived, about a quarter of the acrylic liquid had spilled out into the bag.. I guess the cap was a little loose. Otherwise, I am really impressed with the quality of this product :)

I am giving this product 3 stars due to the following: a) it took almost a month to get here and the seller only replied to me once in regards to what was going on with the package. And b) it was supposed to include "tips" according to the priduct description. However what I recieved was indeed FULL coverage imitation nails. They are weak and after one coat of paint turned to a "jelly" like mess on my nails. And finally, the primer bottle was almost completely empty, as in I will have to makea trip to our local Sallys beauty supply store 45 minutes away to purchase not only primer but also acrylic powder.

My daughter wanted this item really bad to start learning how to put on acrylic nails. Problem was she was all set up to try it and the glue in the container was all dried up (we tried everything, cutting the top more, putting a pin in to see if we could get it out and nothing). We had to run out and purchase that from another store which was a bit annoying.

The brush is HORRIBLE! The acrylic powder is clear I guess they fixed that problem.the nails they provided were round and flimsy and cheap, I would suggest buying a seperate set of nails. The acrlcylic liquid runs out after 4 round of use. BIGGEST FLAW: the acrylic primer and liquid stinks up the whole place and trust me, the smell is pretty toxic. The nail filer is cheap. The nail glue and the arcylic powder is like the only two things that work perfectly fine. I was a beginner when I ordered this yet I don't reccommend this for beginners.

These came with clear nail tips which threw me off. However I have never been to good at the powder thing. I decided to finally do my nails last week and just paint them since they are clear. I did not do to bad of a job. in fact the clear after the glaze is on looks to natural. i put a clear coat on but that made it shinny and see through clear again, i removed the polish and they went right back to the natural look.I would buy this again.
