Wonderful gems and wonderful people.
When I ordered these I was sent an email saying that the supplier was out of 6mm gems and would I be okay with 5mm if they tossed in an extra five stones for free?I adore these little gems and their enigmatic construction. I don't really know my gemology as well as I'd like, but these seem to be made up of three layers with a clear stone on top, a blue one in the center, and a black at the point of the pavilion. From the top it gives the gem a perfect blue eye look that still has all the sparkle of a cut stone. Full marks for the product and customer service.
