Strong paracord, also available in other colours
The paracord arrived coiled in a sealed bag. It has a lower breaking strain than one I have bought before, but still feels very strong.I tend to use it for repairing guy lines on tents, and making new boot laces that are the right length. If you cut it, remember to either ferrule the end, or use a naked flame to melt the fibres to stop it from pulling apart. For bootlaces, I put a metal ferrule over the cord stretched tight, cut the end at the ferrule and then crimp the ferrule to stop the end from fraying. Any strands left are quickly dealt with using a flame.I can imagine the survivalists out there would use this for pitching a shelter, tying sticks/branches together or securing a poncho or other material over the top. This colour is good for guy lines, as it is easily noticed, reducing the chances of tripping over it.If you want a decent paracord that has hundreds of uses, you can't go far wrong with this.

Great cord
I use it to stabilize a large branch that was getting close to an area where people sit. It’s a nice material and like usual you can close of the ends easily with a lighter. It appears to be very strong though I haven’t used it to pill or lift something as heavy as the advertisement. I just got this cord because in case I have to do something with heavy loads I already have the cord and it wasn’t too expensive.

Good cheap paracord
This is good para-cord for the price. Handy to have around the home and garden. I have not tested the breaking strength but have used it as a replacement guy line and washing lie whilst camping and it does the job. Melting the cut ends doesn't work that well so I just tied a knot which stopped it fraying.

High quality paracord
I bought this paracord to secure a tarpaulin cover for an outside wood store. The cord is very strong, although I doubt I'll ever need to use it near its load limit. The cord also seems very durable, and hasn't frayed at all, despite repeatedly rubbing against bricks when the wind blows my wood store. The 15m length was plenty for my application, was a reasonable price, and arrived quickly.

Kinks very easily Downgraded to 1 *
This is unlike other paracord I have used and I don't think as good. It kinks very easily and the white braid shows through. I plaited it to use for attaching fenders on my boat but when it is cut it frayed like mad. I used a gas lighter to melt the ends but it was messy and the white internal braid still showed through. If I hadn't cut it up I would have requested a refund but I certainly wouldn't buy it again.

Well packaged, decent quality
This cord (or rope) arrived in an over packaged box. As there's no risk to damage from the item being banged I did wonder why there was so much packaging.Otherwise the cord was in a sealed, anti static bag with everything feeling of good quality. I have no reason to doube the suitability for most tasks that I'm going to put the cord to and so would recommend it.

A lot of cord for the money and great colours
I've not yet used this for a project, but it appears to be of decent quality - it can at least take my weight without breaking, so that's a good start! I went for the red/black combination and the colour is great - nice and bold, will look great on my finished projects.

Great multipurpose chord for home, survival and braiding use.
Great multipurpose chord for home, survival and braiding use. Lots of practical home use such as tieing and securing loads, pets and other uses. Greater strength can be achieved using knotting and braiding of the chord. really like the choice of colours.
