Medline Remedy Olivamine Clear-aid – The Best Skin Protectant in the World!
I was introduced to this product at Riverside Hospital when I had my baby in 2017, and I’ve been using it ever since. Hands down, Medline Remedy Olivamine Clear-aid Skin Protectant is the best skin protectant in the world! This product works wonders—it soothes, protects, and heals irritated skin like nothing else. Whether it’s diaper rash, minor cuts, or dry patches, this clear gel creates a barrier that promotes healing and prevents further irritation. It’s gentle, non-greasy, and absorbs quickly, making it perfect for everyday use. I’ve tried countless other products over the years, but nothing compares to this. It’s a must-have in my household, and I recommend it to everyone. If you’re looking for a reliable, effective, and gentle skin protectant, this is it. Trust me, you won’t regret it!

Highly recommended must-have skin protectant and diaper rash ointment, even for the most sensitive!
Our family is prone to sensitive skin and most of us break out from most similar products, but not this one. We originally started using Medline Remedy Clear-Aid Skin Protectant with Olivamine for prevention and healing of diaper rash, as pretty much every other diaper rash medication gives my little ones severe skin reactions. We discovered this little gem over 2 years ago when one of our kids was born prematurely. Her NICU nurses introduced us to it and once we got discharged, we came straight to Amazon so we could continue using it. It hasn't disappointed. In fact, we've been using it for many other skin care reasons as well - for the whole family! Whenever someone breaks out in eczema, just has regular dry sensitive skin, or a diaper rash or other irritated area, this has helped it to heal extremely fast. Best of all, it hasn't irritated even those of us who usually can't use anything without getting skin irritation. If you're looking for something to heal dry or irritated skin, even severe eczema and diaper rash, this has worked great for us even on tough spots, healing most irritations we experienced within minutes for the usual irritations. It hasn't taken more than a day or so for even the severe irritations. Our family highly recommends Medline Remedy Clear-Aid Skin Protectant with Olivamine. We make sure to always have one in the diaper bag and one in easy reach at home, too.

Great when used over areas you wish to keep dry.
A very heavy, or light, depending on how you might see it, paste. It comes out thick, like their white zinc paste. But this product is clear, has a delicate, fruity note with a citrus aftertone. And when spread on the skin absorbs slowly but evenly. Just be sure not to over apply it. It is hydroscopic in nature, meaning that wherever it's applied, will tend to repulse water. Because it is used in sparing quantity, the tube should prove a good value for your money.

It’s like Magic!
Medline products are great! I learned of this while working in a skilled nursing facility. This stuff is like magic for so many skin issues. I would use it on my kids face when they’d suck on their lips. (They’d get that red ring going around the mouth that looked like they had been drinking red juice.) it would clear it up in a couple days! My husband is a bigger guys and has a tummy fold that can get irritated from skin on skin, he’ll ask for this and by the next day his redness/discomfort will go to pink and no more hurt. It’s great for severe dry skin, scabs, anything you can think of! I can get it for work anymore and I’m so happy I can find it on Amazon! I have recommended this stuff so many times to family and friends!

Great product .. But beware mini tube 2.5 versus larger standard size tube 4oz tube
Wonderful product.. But beware the size tube you purchase. We attempted to purchase the standard, 4 ounce size tube for $ 8-9 for our caregivers. But when the purchase went through, it turned out it was the mini size tube 2.5 oz for expensive $ 7.75. When tube arrived it was the mini size at only 2.5 oz tube; not 4 oz that we purchased.

Amazing for diaper rash issues.
We have been using this for almost 6 years. Our daughter was born and spend time in the NICU and this was the product the hospital used for diaper rash. It is AMAZING. She is special needs so she still wears diapers and pull-ups so there are times she gets small rashes still. This product was just $10 each a couple weeks ago , but now its $20 each. and it's only that price because it is that good. , but I will definitely wait till it's $10 again. But honestly from mild to horrible diaper rash this stuff starts working fast ,it's magic for for a reason.

So soothing and smells good
This was given to me as a gift after having another baby. We are very picky about our skin creams and have used Arbonne's diaper rash cream for years on our kids. I wasn't sure about the Medline cream being so simple and cheaper. But let me tell you... When I broke out in a rash within 2 weeks after giving birth, I tried this so I wouldn't be taking the "good cream" away from the baby. It was INSTANT relief. The smell was so pleasant. Out of curiosity, I applied our Arbonne cream on the next application... No where near as relieving for my "diaper rash". I decided to use the Medline cream on our baby girl, as her skin was having a hard time getting used to diapers. She really did well with it! The Medline cream kept her skin and my skin calm, and promoted healing faster. Now, I switch between this cream and the Arbonne depending on the type of rash. The Arbonne I use when the skin is inflamed, the Medline for when the skin is broken out in a more bumpy rash. There are times when I may use both when the skin is showing a combination. The Medline smell brings me back to those first couple weeks of recovery after birth, with a feeling of doing something right and relief.

Works well! Scent is almost non-existent
Works well and goes on nicely. I use it as protectant on a stageneral 4 pressure ulcer scar. I decided to try this because of the reviews about the scent, but I'm disappointed with the scent. I will likely go back to my other brand, uNess I can find something with a scent I like
