The Ritual of Sakura Foaming Shower Gel Cherry Blossom, 6.7 Fl Oz

I’ve tried the other smells with this company, snd this is the light, fresh , pretty smell. I buy this same scent in the sugar scrub. It lasts a few weeks and I take a shower daily. It feels creamy and so nice, I tend to be very sensitive to smells and I can get red , itchy or hives easily, but it’s never been an issue with this product and this particular scent. The red and especially the black ones from this company are very strong smelling, I can only use this scent.

I originally received a can of Rituals of Sakura (Japanese cherry blossoms) shower gel in a subscription beauty box. I loved the scent but was hesitant to try it because I have very sensitive skin. I was afraid of looking like a Christmas tree light (my skin turns that particular shade of red when exposed to anything I’m allergic to). When I finally couldn’t take it anymore, I gave it a try. I didn’t have any skin irritation from the fragrance at all and my skin was softer and not so dry. Since then I use many of the products from Rituals of Sakura and I love them all.

I got some sample of ritual and I didn’t use months but when I used first I couldn’t stop my self for being addicted. I love ritual’s shower gels. Foamy, smell amazing, vibe is perfect. Better than any other shower gels for me so…

I first tried this product after my mom gave me her sample that she received in a FabFitFun box. After the first use I was completely hooked! Since it’s a foam, a little bit goes a long way. The smell is nice and soft, not an over powering perfume smell. My skin feels amazingly soft and smooth afterwards. I also use the lotion which adds to the lingering scent and softness. I never thought I would purchase a more expensive soap product like this, much less the lotion, but now it’s a regimen.

Luxury luxury luxury! The gel to foam is wonderful. It feels so nice on the skin. I have tried all the Rituals gel to foam that I could - and have NOT been disappointed yet. This one is cherry blossom scent. These products make my nose sing with joy. They make me want to get up in the morning and spoil myself a little before heading out for the day.

I should have read the description of this product more closely, but honestly, in this day and age, I never expected something called a foaming shower gel to come in an aerosol can. Just reading all the warnings changed my mood from, “Fun, I get to use this new shower gel!” to “Maybe I should be getting hazard pay for this.” The container got quite slippery when wet, so that in trying to dispense the foam, I dropped this very heavy can on my toes. Apparently in dropping and rolling, the contents were agitated, so that subsequently, the merest touch of the dispenser button caused foam to spray out wildly in all directions over the can, tub and enclosure. I scraped the foam off the side of the can with a washcloth and washed with it. The scent was pleasant, not overpowering, and it certainly did not linger for even a hot second after I was out of the shower. The gel did not do much for my moderately dry skin. I have often skipped body lotion after showering with a moisturizing gel, but this did not moisturize at all, so I needed to use lotion afterwards. I love the Rituals Samurai Cool Hair Shampoo, so I thought I’d love this, but I would not recommend it or purchase it again.

Ich mag die Duschschäume von RITUALS sehr gerne, sie sind sehr ergiebig und der Schaum ist wirklich sehr sanft. Ich bin gerade dabei alle Sorten durchzuprobieren, kann aber schon sagen, dass „The Ritual of Sakura“ zu meinen liebsten gehört. Der Schaum ist wie bei allen anderen sehr sanft und angenehm auf der Haut, man fühlt sich nach dem Duschen sehr gut und irgendwie entspannt. Die Haut trocknet auch nicht aus, im Gegenteil, man muss sich danach noch nicht einmal eincremen. Laut RITUALS liegt das an der Mischung aus Kirschblüten und Reismilch, die der Haut Feuchtigkeit spendet. Das mag sein, auf jeden Fall ist diese Mischung für den sehr angenehmen Duft verantwortlich, „The Rituals of Sakura“ riecht leicht süßlich, was definitiv an den Kirschblüten liegt. Der süßliche Duft ist aber nicht aufdringlich, ich empfinde den als sehr angenehm und dezent, vor allem duftet die Haut lange danach. Süßliche Düfte schreibt man ja gerne mal Frauen zu, dem ist hier nicht so, ich finde, dass dieser Duschschaum für Mann und Frau ist, wir benützen ihn beide, meine Frau riecht ihn auch gerne an mir, insofern würde ich „The Ritual of Sakura“ als Unisexduft bezeichnen. Wie gesagt, der Duschschaum ist sehr ergiebig, ein kleiner Klecks auf einen Schwamm reicht schon um den gesamten Körper einzuschäumen. Ich komme pro Flasche auf ungefähr 40 (!) Duschgänge, da kann man nichts sagen. Der Schaum lässt sich auch leicht abwaschen, ohne Rückstände auf der Haut oder der Wanne zu hinterlassen. Mein Fazit: „The Rituals of Sakura“ ist einer meiner liebsten Duschschäume von RITUALS. Ich finde er ist für Frau und Mann geeignet, angenehm auf der Haut und riecht sehr gut. Wer nicht auf typische Männer- oder Frauendüfte steht, der kann diesen hier ruhig mal ausprobieren, ich mag ihn sehr gerne!
